Enjoy your stay in Provincetown, MA in this light and airy, newly remodeled and well equipped house! This space is centrally located in Provincetown historic district, a short drive or bike ride to the beaches, a 7 minute walk to downtown, and a 5 minute walk to the nearest restaurants, grocery and liquor stores. High Speed Internet and parking are included. You’ll be close to everything in Provincetown but far enough to enjoy a relaxing trip.

The property is tastefully decorated with coastal colors and modern accents. This sun-drenched house offers a tranquil residential vibe alongside quick, easy access to the downtown areas. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings from the wraparound deck on the main floor and the walkout deck bellow.

LIVING AREA

Have a glass of wine on the sofa or the comfortable oversized arm chairs after exploring local culture, watch the news, a movie or your favorite Netflix show on the 65” smart TV in the welcoming living area. Tastefully decorated with West Elm furniture.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances as well as ample cookware and helpful gadgets including a Ninja Blender for your smoothies in the morning and/or your afternoon frozen cocktail.

When it’s time to dine, make yourself comfortable at the beautiful mango wood table that comfortably accommodates six.

BED & BATH

This three-story condo sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The primary suite is the captain’s quarters. Decorated in a nautical theme, it offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Two additional bedrooms upstairs offer a bright and natural seascape feel and are both furnished with a comfy queen-size bed. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower.

A half bath provides added convenience on the main floor.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Indulge in the beautiful sunny days and the clean air in Provincetown from this wraparound deck, smartly appointed with a cushioned seating area. Enjoy your favorite cocktail in the afternoon and/or unwind with a glass of Rosé after a full day at the beach. Prepare sumptuous barbecues on the three burner Weber Grill and serve it on our custom wooden carving boards.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Extra perks include complimentary High Speed Internet, Sonos speaker, Bikes, Beach chairs and towels, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

Assigned parking is available for three cars in the parking on the property.

THE LOCATION

A 7-minute walk brings you to the vibrant town center. You will also find bike rentals, a grocery store, liquor store and the best seafood in town just a few blocks away.

For simple days in the sun, take a 5-minute drive to Herring Cove Beach or 8 minutes to Race Point Beach. Or strap on the backpack beach chairs and bike ride to the beach in 15 minutes, take a scenic hike through Hatches Harbor Trail, or ride though the magnificent Dunes of the Province Land trail.

Great repeat stay in Ptown

Great location in Ptown, near the gym, store and Mac's Fish house with parking but walkable to the main commercial strip in 10 minutes. Second time staying and would stay again!

We had a fabulous stay. The house was perfect for our group of five. Super comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the quiet of the location and the easy walk down to Commercial St. It’s also very convenient for the Stop & Shop. Ben was a great host. We would absolutely stay here again.

This was our group’s second stay in this home. The home is well appointed, clean, and centrally located. It’s within 10 min walk to everything including the Ptown gym, grocery store, and Boatslip (assuming you walk at gay speed). It was perfect for our group of 5 and would book again in a heartbeat.

Great Stay at All Decked Out

We had a wonderful stay at ADO. It's secluded enough from town to give some peace but also close enough for quick access. Grocery store and bike shop nearby were a plus. We really enjoyed our visit!

It was located far enough off from the main strip to allow for some down time and privacy during a very busy week. Easy to access by car, foot and bike. Close to all amenities.

A first visit to Provincetown for most of the family and we all enjoyed our stay. Home is clean, updated and in a good walking location close to town. Place is just as advertised and well stocked with kitchen and cooking supplies.

Great stay and great proximity

I want to thank Ben for being a great host and let him know that his house is beautiful and very peaceful. The pictures and descriptions are pretty accurate and most of all I enjoyed that it was walking distance from the town center, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

Great Place to Relax!

We had a great time during our stay. We were tucked away enough to relax and unwind, but just a short walk to all the activities. The house was nice and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at the house when we didn't feel like going out.

Great location and property

Ben has a great property here. It’s a short walk from the heart of town, is beautifully designed, and very clean. Overall, a great option for a medium sized group looking to stay in Provincetown, and priced very reasonably for what you get.

A Fantastic Stay

This place is great for you and a group or family. 3 cute bedrooms, enough bathrooms for everyone, and the living space for relaxing. What we really loved was its location, close enough to walk to the shopping and entertainment down the road, but also off the beaten path. We felt like we were up in the woods, with plenty of quiet and privacy.

We recently stayed at this property on a group trip to Ptown. It is about a 10 minute walk from commercial and very close to the nearby Stop and Shop. A good home base to explore all that Ptown has to offer.

Perfect getaway

This house was perfect for our long weekend! We are a group of 6 who like to spend our days at the beach and nights out on Commercial St. The location was great for feeling close to the action but having tons of privacy. And the house is even nicer than the pictures! We absolutely will be coming back!

Annual Weekend Away

Everything was as described. The location was very convenient and in walking distance from all of the bars and restaurants in town. There were only 4 of us, but the house could easily accommodate 6 couples. Ben was very kind and responsive with his communication. We will definitely be saving this one as a favorite!

Beautiful property close to commercial st

Great place to stay in Ptown!

Our group had a wonderful time at this property. I was particularly impressed with the kitchen. We did a good deal of cooking, and this kitchen had everything we needed, including a nice blender. The house had stylish new furniture and is conveniently located. Ben was very responsive the couple times we reached out with questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay at this property and the layout provided a nice common space to spend time in. Overall, the place was clean, well decorated and furnished. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Location is just a short walk to Commercial Street and a grocery store, but far enough away to offer a nice quiet respite. Ben was communicative and responsive. I would recommend a stay here for a small group!

Great place

We had a great time here in Ptown! The house was incredible and had so many things thought out, including a welcome bottle of wine. We were able to watch tv, cook a meal, and ride around town on 2 house provided bikes. Any needs we had Ben was responsive. Everything was advertised, including the great location. Would recommend!
