Manasota Beachfront Cottage 2

This unit sits on a beach front lot, but is the middle (individual) house. Save big bucks but get all the benefits of a beachfront house. As you exit the door, simply take a few steps, and enjoy the sand. No roads to cross, just grab your beach chair and beverages and start your day. Toes in the sand, beautiful sunsets and turquoise water abound. This cottage has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen, A/C, stainless steel appliances, tile floors, high speed dedicated secure wifi.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a smart TV. The living room has a leather queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and a smart TV. Cable and streaming.

You'll enjoy the Gulf views from your outdoor picnic table while grilling your dinner on the Propane BBQ grill. Onsite parking, outdoor shower, free laundry facilities, Smoke detectors and Carbon monoxide detector. and more.

Short walking distance to the restaurants. Saturday to Saturday required for 2027.

Perfect location, great hidden property

Nice quiet little 1 bedroom condo was perfect for my wife and I to stay close to the beach. The rental had all the amenities we needed and was only a few steps from the beach and ocean. We felt secluded and private even though it shares space with two other and slightly larger rentals. The only challenge was parking and even that was no big deal as it just required some coordination with the other 2 units. I would absolutely recommend this rental for a couple wanting a quiet cozy getaway on the beach!

The property is great! It's older but well maintained. What we found the most lacking was the kitchen amenities. 1. A dishwasher but no dishwasher detergent,. 2. A grill, but no grill tools. 3. There were no leftover food containers not even ziplocks. 4. No basic spices. salt pepper or cooking oil. 5. Place could use: A flat cookie sheet, pizza pan and pizza cutter. 6. There was no dishcloth for dishes or wiping the counter ect. 7. There was only one roll of TP. For two people for 7 days. Now to be fair I do not know what is standard from the VRBO point of view. But all the other VRBO units we have used supplied all these basic items. And also to be fair, these items cost us very little money to purchase What was provided that there is no way we could bring. All the basic beach supplies one could ask for. Outside shower to wash off before going inside. Parking was fine. There are 3 spots allocated for the 3 unit rental. In summary, a absolute great place!! With a little more detail or checklist this would have got 5 stars Would stay again!
