Casa Amistad 1 - Third House From the Beach

Nestled just three houses (apprx. 150 feet) from the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico, this island homes offers that nostalgic cottage charm, reminiscent of old Florida. Watch the sunset from your front yard, or head to the beach to visit the dolphin and manatee
• No fires of any kind.
• No smoking on the property
• No pets
• No children under 12 years old
• You are allowed a maximum of 2 day guest and there shall be a maximum of 2 overnight guests in the house at any time. If a situation occurs that would require exceeding this limit please contact us and we can discuss.
• Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
• Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
• In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
• We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. (after 10PM)
