This charming 4-bedroom beach retreat is perfectly located in the quieter east of PCB. Where you're close enough to all the fun, but tucked away so you can truly unwind. Literally seconds away from the world-famous Gulf of America beaches. Morning coffee with ocean breezes? Yes, please. A house that truly puts you in vacation mode the second you walk through the door. Room to spread out after a full day in the sun. Close to local attractions while still enjoying peaceful surroundings. You'll be minutes from waterfront dining, fresh seafood, shopping, entertainment, family attractions, & nightlife. Take a short driver to iconic St. Andrews State Park for nature trails, snorkeling, or enjoy all of what Thomas Drive has to offer. Slow mornings. Sandy toes. Sunset skies painted in pink & orange. Evenings grilling, laughing, and where there are no schedules. The beach is calling? Will you answer?

Please note prior to booking there is a 25-age requirement to book this house. Person who books must be 25 at the time of booking & present during the entire stay. Please also, note everyone in the party must be 25 or older unless under 18 & accompanied by somebody 25 or older. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the person driver's license who booked will be requested. Rental Agreement & Driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. If no signed rental agreement & driver's license is sent back within 48 hours guests forfeit reservation & will not be refunded.
This property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age.
Please do not inquire asking if exceptions are made there are no exceptions made to this policy.
This house is dog friendly – 1 dog: 25 lb. weight maximum, with a $150.00 nonrefundable pet fee, being requested after booking, once you register the dog on the reservation. No puppies or cats. Absolutely no exceptions. Your pet is not allowed on furniture or beds and all waste must be cleaned up prior to check out. Additional fees will apply if waste is not cleaned up, damages occur, or extra cleaning is required by housekeeping. Your dog will not be allowed to use the bathroom in the fenced in pool area. Please do not allow you dog in the pool. Dog hair causes filters to clog. If you do you will be responsible for the trip charge for our pool tech to come out. Please keep your dog out of the pool. If the dog is left inside of the home alone the dog must be crated. If an emergency or maintenance issue were to arise our team needs to be able to access the home safely. Absolutely no exceptions. Failure to abide by these rules will result in additional charges.
No unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This house sleeps 12 people max. Including visitors. No exceptions.
Maintenance & cleanliness issues should be reported to us within 2 hours of checking into the unit. We want to ensure that maintenance issues & cleanliness issues are addressed as soon as the guest checks in so Anchors Away can make it right. Failing to do so guests will be responsible for damages reported after the checkout inspection & after the 2-hour window of checking in the guest takes the unit as is. Please make sure to inform us of any issues regarding maintenance & cleanliness when you arrive.
This property has a 4-car limit. Only 4 standard size vehicles will be allowed to park in front of the property at any time. No parking on the street or anywhere else but our driveway.
Please note we only provide a starter pack of Amenities, just to get you through the first night-
One roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar soap, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.
Check in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow early check ins. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time or when you have been told by the office that the unit is ready.
Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.
Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund.
This is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke outside as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Failing to do so will result in a $300 fine.
This property provides a grill. All guests are required to clean the grill before checking out. Absolutely no exceptions. Upon inspection after your checkout if this has not been done you will be charged a $100 fee. Please be respectful & clean the grill after each use.
Failure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule.
For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door which records audio and video of the entrance. Do not tamper with or cover the camera. If you cover or tamper with the camera - you could be evicted & no refunds will be given.
The damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges.
There is a damage waiver of $69.00 included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. The rate of $69.00 in the booking breakdown is for stays less than 27 days. If a guest books a 28-90 day stay the rate does increase for those reservations. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price. Rates 28-59 nights will be a total of $280.00 for the coverage. Rates 60-90 nights will be a total of $450.00 for the coverage. If you have any questions regarding this charge please inquire before booking.
