Welcome to our Mid Century Modern Cabin! Located in University Heights within 10 minutes of downtown Flagstaff, Northern Arizona University and approximately 30 minutes to Arizona Snowbowl.

Welcome! After you unlock the front door using the smart lock key pad your getaway will officially begin! As you step foot into the entryway, 3000 square feet of luxurious living awaits you. The home has an open floor plan with a living room, dining room and large kitchen. This stunning cozy cabin offers 5 spacious bedrooms (all on a single floor). An additional upstairs loft has a pull out queen sofa for additional guest space and an area for the kids to play. 4 of the bedrooms are located on one wing of the home with 3 full bathrooms (master is en suite). A 5th bedroom is on the other end of the home and has a separate full bathroom in the hallway. The living room has a wonderful natural gas fireplace to keep you cozy during the winter months. The outdoor deck can be accessed off the living room or from the master bedroom and has a sitting area with a natural gas fire table, outdoor dining table, natural gas BBQ grill, and a brand new 8 person hot tub! Our home offers incredible upgrades, including new flooring, recessed lighting, remodeled bathrooms, and mid century furnishings throughout. This space is wonderful for a large family or multiple families and is in a great private location to unwind and entertain. is Located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood we ask that you not have large parties or play loud music outdoors. Strict quiet hours after 9PM outdoors will be enforced.

No Smoking in the home.
No Pets. We are not allowing any pets at the moment.
The security deposit will be held if you do not comply.

The stay was okay overall, but I do wish the place had been cleaner. The sheets didn’t look like they had been washed before our arrival, which was disappointing, and we also had a few plumbing issues during the visit. The host, however, was very responsive and helpful, and we appreciated how quickly they communicated.

The property was great to accommodate 12 family member. Large yard for kids to play. . The kitchen iwas a great size for all of the family and was perfectly stocked with anything we needed. Bedrooms fit everyone just great. The only recommendation I would have for future guest is to bring your own pillows. The pillows furnished were super hard and did not allow good sleeping. Although we slept, just not a sound sleep for everyone. Thank you to Ryan , our Host for great responses to any texts prior to our arrival.

Family weekend getaway with 5 kids age 4months -4years, 5 adults. This place was perfect as everyone had their own space and didn’t feel crowded. Great layout. TVs in every room, nice backyard deck. Great location and neighborhood!

Beautiful home

Had an amazing weekend for our work trip at Flagstaff Beer Festival. House was amazing. Very clean, spacious and accommodating. Tried to reach out to the owner and communicate a few things but didn’t hear back. Overall great house and experience!

Great house!

Ryan was super good and fast at responding to messages and the house was great for our group. Would definitely stay here again. Loved that the yard was completely fenced in and that the house had tons of storage/closet space. The large garage is an awesome feature too.

Great property. We had 4 children 7 months to 10 yrs and 7 adults. Generous garage space, house has gas feed for grill, outdoor and indoor fire place, and stove. Loft for kids play space is helpful!

Great property for family stays

Very cute property with very comfortable beds. The kitchen had a nice big table for family meals and late night game nights. The kitchen was lacking a few items such as large bowls and can opener but overall still good. We would stay here again.

Great Place for a Big Group

Everything was great. The place had everything we needed and was nicely maintained. All beds were comfortable and the common space was great for hanging out. Centrally located and the garage space was great.

Great house for family vacation

Really clean and modern home with lots of bedrooms on the ground floor. Great for multigenerational stay! Home was as shown in the photos and the host was very communicative and helpful. Would recommend it!

Perfect Property

This was a great retreat for our extended family ages 9-95. It is fantastic that all of the bedrooms are on the first floor (helped with grandma using a walker), there is a half flight up through the garage that was easy to tackle. Communication from the host was great, close to so many things and we enjoyed walking through the neighborhood. You can tell the hosts thought out so many things and enjoy providing hospitality!
