Pros:Great Location with grocery stores and restaurants nearby.Host is very responsive.Washing machine is very handy, towels were provided.Cons:On going construction (not in the hosts control)Due to the heatwave, the apartment can be hot. There are two fans provided which provided some relief.

My only complaints are that the door to the main bedroom would not close and that the property is undergoing construction. Otherwise, everything was very nice. Cute apartment. Great location. Excellent communication with the owner.

Great location near restaurants and good jumping off spot for visiting the rest of the city. Great space for a family of four. Host was good about answering all my questions beforehand. Tip, Japanese bakery downstairs makes a great loaf of bread. Only downside was the construction happening during the day in the building, started early and went on the whole day, even on the weekend, making it hard to rest in the room. Hopefully that is short lived.

A relatively spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a separate living area and pleasant views from the first floor onto the street below. The bathroom is accessed through the main bedroom and there is a separate second toilet which opens off the entry area . There is a compact and functional kitchen separate from the living area . It is a quiet and secure apartment accessed via a broad staircase which has recently been repainted. An excellent location in the Marais area . Caroline is a helpfu and communicative host. We arrived late on the eve of the May Day holiday and Caroline had kindly left us some provisions for a meal with a bottle of red wine .

An excellent location and a nice view of the street from the living room. Caroline was very responsive and accommodating. We were a little surprised that the bathroom was off of the one of the bedrooms so to access it, the other couple had to arrange to go through our room. There was no toilet in this bathroom; the toilet was in the opposite corner of the apartment near the kitchen. That toilet had no wash up sink, so the kitchen was used for that. The kitchen was small, but very well stocked and functional with a full-size fridge.Two of the days we were there were during the heat wave and the apartment does not have air-conditioning. Two floor fans were provided. It is an additional fan would have been handy so we did not have to carry one back back-and-forth to the bedroom.On the last day we were there the ladies discovered a dress shop nina kendosa at 3 Rambuteau. Apparently it is very good quality and prices so a great place to park the ladies while the guys have a beer next-door.The entranceway from the street to the apartment was still under renovation when we were there, but they were painting so it should be done soon.

Caroline’s lovely apartment is centrally located in the warm, vibrant and historic Marais district, about a 10 minute walk to the Hotel de Ville and Notre Dame. There are lots of interesting shops and cafes nearby, but the apartment was always quiet enough for sleeping comfortably. Check in was easy, and Caroline was a friendly and responsive host. Would highly recommend for small families or groups of friends looking for the perfect location from which to explore Paris on foot. We will definitely plan to book again for our next trip to Paris!

Very clean and spacious apartment. Great location close to sites and metro with lots of great restaurants and shopping close by. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

Caroline’s apartment is very centrally located. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the many local restaurants. Comfortable beds and a roomy living room. The kitchen is well equipped. Would stay here again!

Perfect for our family

We loved the quiet location in the heart of a lovely area. It was great for our family of 4 with so many restaurants, shops and metro options nearby. Apartment had everything we needed and our host was very responsive and helpful.

Fabulous Stay

We were a party of two ladies and the apartment was perfect! Location was amazing! Easy Check in/out process. Highly recommend! It would be a little cramped for two couples, but perfect for a ladies getaway

Just what we needed!

The property was lovely. Very small, but just right for two adults and two kids. Super well located and impressively quiet given the neighborhood it’s in.

Ideal, quiet location

Located conveniently in a happening neighborhood full of delightful places to eat, drink, shop. Very quiet at night though. Faintly heard a siren one night (of nine nights).My cousin and I are both 72, and we could walk to Ile de l a Cite in less than 10 minutes. Since Chatelet and Les Halles Metro stations are that close, you can get anywhere easily.

excellent accommodations and location

Our stay in this lovely, spacious apartment located above an interesting cafe and a parade of people felt like having Paris in our living room. And, when we closed the windows, no sounds could be heard. It was a wonderful stay in the perfect place, walkable to everywhere in Paris.

Loved it

My sister and I stayed here for a wonderful 8 night art focused vacation. We loved this apartment. The weather was beautiful so we could open the large living room windows and listen to the hustle and bustle on the sidewalks below. It was cosy and comfortable. The kitchen met our needs. The location could not have been better.

Perfect location, perfect stay!

Everything was wonderful - from arrival to departure. Communications with Caroline were clear. The apartment is in a great location. The beds are super-comfy and it had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

The apartment was in a perfect location; short walks from Notre Dame and the Louvre. Close to the metro in a vibrant neighborhood with many shops/restaurants/bakeries/cafes.The apartment is big enough for 4 people and was well equipped. The only downside to the apartment (as it’s on the ground floor), it could get noisy if it gets real hot as there is no a/c.Caroline was a wonderful host and got us out of a jam when we left both keys in the apartment!

Wonderful neighborhood in Le Marais!

We had a beautiful trip to Paris. So nice coming home to an apartment instead of a hotel. Nice size rooms, large windows, clean and convenient to metro, food establishments and stores. Location was the best! Even though there were eateries below our apartment it was not noisy.
