The space
IMPORTANT: Our pool is massive! A one-of-a-kind infinity pool does come at a bit of a cost for us to heat it for your enjoyment. SEE BELOW and send inquiry for additional heating costs that vary based on season.

THE LAYOUT:
- Your private oasis has has 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms
- Complete play room with toys and television for children
- One of the master bedrooms has its own living room space that has a sofa couch were you can sleep your children with you
-The house has 3 sofa couches if you would like to relax and watch TV in one of the living rooms instead of your bedroom space
- All of the space you see in the pictures is private space not shared, completely fenced off by 12-16 feet fences provided with night security at no additional cost
-The outhouse has 1 bedroom, with 2 half bathrooms outside by the pool space, including a shower to rinse off
- Pool and jaccuzzi are completely private

Guest access
Enjoy complete privacy with exclusive access to all the amenities shown in the photos. Your stay includes a secure private parking area within the compound, a cozy bonfire spot, a volleyball court, a private pool, and two relaxing jacuzzis. Host gatherings or unwind with a BBQ grill, a spacious palapa, a lush grass area, serene patios, and a stunning glass boardwalk. All of these features are yours to enjoy in total privacy throughout your stay.
Other things to note
OPTIONAL POOL & SPA HEATING:
* The Per day heating fee varies from $300-$900 depending on season - shoot us an inquiry message and we will confirm for you (this is just a pass-through expense from us to you)
* Jazuzzi heating is $70 USD / day (we have two Jacuzzis)
* If you do not want the pool or spa heated than there will be no adjustments to your reservation

We provide everything you need for a hassle-free stay :)

*Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels
*Full-size toiletries: brand name shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, new toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, and men's shampoo
* Daily necessities: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, fabric softener, dryer sheets, and cleaning products (Pine-Sol, Lysol, bleach, Febreze)
* Kitchen basics: spices, coffee, sugar, oil, and all the basics

Note: Mostly High-quality Kirkland/Costco brands are used for your convenience—less packing, more relaxing!
