Nice Paladian Villa in ST RAPHAEL, Boulouris, with simming-pool ,near beaches.

Very beautiful villa, in a quiet area of Boulouris, close to the beaches and 5 minutes from Saint Raphael down town.
Villa of 200m2, nicely renovated in 2024, a large swiming pool of 12/4,5m. A beautiful and very welcoming summer lounge, and deck chairs, making your stay very pleasant.
The living room and the diner room , overlooking the swiming pool, are cosy and warm (large TV and stereo).
The bedroom on the ground floor, also on the pool side, whose bed is 180/200cm, with TV, shower and toilets.
Upstairs, four air conditionned bedrooms, tastefully decorated, and in differents styles,( Romantic, Bali, Marine), bathroom with toilets, an other shower, and separated toilets. Three beds in 160/200 cm, and two beds in 90/190cm, all bedrooms are equipped with a wardrobe.
The villa is fully air conditionned, with independent controls.
All shops (grocery, baker, butcher, and so), are 600m from the house, as well as Boulouris train station.
Magnificient Turtle beach , and its restaurants. There are many others beaches in the nearby area, Agay, Antheor and its coves, Saint Raphael, ....Great choice of beaches restaurants and others...
The superb Esterel Massif , classified Natura 2000,is at 5 km away, A grandiose playground, and a land of wonder, whether you are on foot, on a mountain bike, or on horseback. Rock Azur Site, the bigest concentration of mountain bikes in Europe. The Valescure Golf courses are also at 5 km.
For any useful purpose, a shoping mall, a Leclerc supermarket, a Lidl, and a Grand Frais , are 5 minutes away by car.
We will ask you at your arrival a caution of 1000 euros

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Saint Raphael. Het huis, we waren er met 10 personen, was echt prachtig: de ruime hal, de slaapkamers met allemaal een eigen thema, de airco in het hele huis, het mooie zwembad, de knusse overkapping met loungebanken, de ligbedden, de zijtuin waar je kon jeu de boulen, en het eetgedeelte buiten. In de keuken was alles wat je maar nodig kunt hebben om te koken. Het huis ligt in het mooie en rustige Boulouris (wijk in Saint Raphael) op loopafstand van 1 van de stranden, een klein winkelcentrum met bakker en supermarktje, bushalte en treinstation. Eigenaar Michel en concierge Sigrid hebben ons bijzonder vriendelijk ontvangen en voorzien van allerlei relevante informatie over de omgeving. Kortom een zeer dikke aanrader!

Most beautiful house we spent our vacation

We have spent many holidays in villa’s with big swimming pools, but this is the best and most beautiful one. The communication with Michel and Corinne was perfect, we received all information about the surroundings and public transport. The free Mimo bus to the beach is very handy and is running the whole day. The welcome was vey warm and very friendly. The house was perfect. Airco in all bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with doors to the swimming pool. The matrassen on the beds were very good, which was very good for me and my wives lower back. I can certainly recommend it and will try to rebook if we spent our holidays again in this area of the Côte d’Azur. The swimming pool is big, I believe 10 x 5 meters and the outdoor kitchen area is perfect for cooking and spending an evening. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken during our stay.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles was es für einen Urlaub braucht ( 3 Kühlschränke!!). Wir fanden es im Original noch besser wie auf den Bildern. Der Pool ist groß und am Abend mit der Beleuchtung einfach genial. Wir haben eigentlich nur draußen gegessen, die Außenküche ist fantastisch. Die Vermieter haben und mit Obst und Getränken begrüßt und uns eine ausführliche Einweisung gegeben. Wir können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen :-)

Much better than the pictures

The house, pool and garden was amazing ! The house was equipped with all that is needed to cook for a large group of people. A bus free of charge took us to The beach and town so cars were only needed for shopping and trips. We hope to come back again!

Vacances de rêve en famille

Maison tout confort, tres propre, avec tout l équipement nécessaire, cuisine équipée exterieure ideale pour des vacances dehors, grande piscine, jeux et loisirs . La maison est idéalement située et les propriétaires sont très accueillants .

Séjour en famille parfait

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par les propriétaires, qui nous ont invités à visiter la maison et donné toutes les instructions pratiques. La maison est très bien agencée et l'extérieur avec piscine et cuisine d'été idéal pour les vacances. La décoration est très élégante. Je recommande vivement.
