Welcome to our Jewel Box, in the beachfront Compass Point building within the gated community of Watersound! Compass Point is the closest beachfront building in the main Watersound neighborhood. Incredible Gulf and Dune views plus beautiful interiors combine for a relaxing and inspiring vacation experience.

Watersound is a walkers’ paradise with miles of trails within the neighborhood and adjoining undeveloped Deer Lake State Park. The gated Watersound community limits access to guests staying in the neighborhood, making it perfect for quiet, peaceful vacations along 30A. There are many parks and nooks throughout the neighborhood to enjoy the amazing 30A weather year-round.

To further elevate the luxurious Watersound experience, the building’s exterior will undergo updates beginning in November 2025. During certain phases of the project, temporary scaffolding may be present around sections of the building. Exterior construction outside this unit is anticipated to be completed by Summer 2026. All community amenities are expected to remain open and fully accessible throughout the renovation period.
