Gated Water View Pool Home on Dickerson Bay

Beautiful home in small gated community with open floor plan on Dickerson Bay about 40 miles south of Tallahassee, FL. The house has a large, fully stocked modern kitchen with expansive windows facing the water. On our first floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 set of bunks; full & single) along with 2 full bathrooms. The second floor contains the kitchen, living room, dining area, and a 4th bedroom with full bathroom. There are a total of 7 Smart TVs in the house. Each bedroom has its own TV, along with the living room and kitchen. The ground floor living area under the house has lots of seating with a TV, an outdoor shower, and a second fridge. There are two outdoor decks; one off Living Room, one off Master bedroom. There is patio furniture on the decks, which is not shown in the current set of pictures. Our home is located in the Port of Panacea Community. There is a neighborhood dock, pool, and large pavilion on the Bay available to you during your stay surrounded by some of the nicest people you would ever want to meet!

The house is located next door to Rock Landing Marina and Seinyard at Rock Landing Restaurant, along with a public boat ramp. Woolley Park is about 6 blocks away. It has a full playground with swings and is right on the water. It’s a 4 min drive to Angelos Seafood Restaurant and Tropical Traders.

Family visit

Daughter/family from Arizona comes east to visit family and sisters new baby girl. Weather good, restaurants nearby and community pool made the weekend. Visit to St George island was a bonus.

Great location!

The house is immaculate! We had a great time. House is very clean and you cannot beat how close to Trident. I want to selfishly keep a glowing review to myself, but I’d highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to visit the area.

FSU Graduation Getaway

Our stay was very nice. The dock and pool location is very close. It’s definitely a property that people need to be able to go up and down a few flights of stairs. It has a great entertainment area, making fantastic for people to gather. I would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent Property

I don’t have a single negative thing to say. The property was great and even if you don’t have a boat, you can still catch all sorts of fish off the small pier. I caught a 40lbs Black drum that was feeding off the little oyster bar, several redfish, some whiting and even a 6ft alligator. The hosts were absolutely awesome and informative.We simply loved it here!

Sporting week fishing and dining on seafood.

I had 2 groups of friends come and go fishing. Tara came between groups and cleaned house. House had everything we needed to cook and get ready for our fishing outing. Very close to resturants and stores to get what we needed. Would stay again great overall experience.

The house was just stunning, very comfortable and well appointed. The upper deck provided beautiful views of Dickerson Bay and a very short walk took us to the neighborhood pavilion and dock. Wish we could have stayed longer.
