Find your HAPPY PLACE at the BEACH along the SC Coast at Seahorse 103 @ Garden City! Enjoy a glimpse of the sun rising over the ocean while sipping coffee on your private beach view balcony. Seahorse 103 is beautifully decorated and provides an inviting escape from reality that will exceed your expectations! Enjoy a peaceful day at the pool while listening to the sounds and views of the Atlantic Ocean. Just one mile from the Garden City Pier and just a short drive for dining & entertainment, your evening night life is moments away.

Complimentary check-in package includes daily supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, roll of paper towels, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.

Rental includes all kitchen & bed linens, bath & beach towels, free WIFI, and cable with smart TVs in the living room, front room, and master bedroom, and flat screen TVs in two bedrooms.

Parking passes are provided and are to be displayed in your window at all times. There is no assigned or reserved parking. Only one bay may be used per condo. Each bay will hold a maximum of three cars. If you have vehicles in a bay, you may not park in other spaces on Seahorse property. Only gas golf carts are allowed with parking in a specific location.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday during peak season. The property will be ready for occupancy at 4:00 pm on the beginning date of the lease and must be vacated by 11:00 am on the ending date of the lease.

We would love to host you for a relaxing getaway while making memories that will last a lifetime.

This place more than exceeds expectations with it's perfect location, as it accommodates families and/or friends that want a quiet place to relax, a walk on the beach, pool area with a beach view or just enjoying the sand and sun.
