10/10 recommend!! Such a nice condo, beautiful view of the ocean and Garden City! Beautifully decorated and fully stocked kitchen - we felt right at home. The direct beach access is such a luxury and the staff on property was super kind. We would love to come back and stay here again!

Exactly as pictured. We had a very comfortable stay for the 7 of us the week before July 4th. I will say that you better come prepared to fight for beach space as there is very little in front of the complex that is not taken up by some guy renting out private umbrellas and chairs. The view was amazing and the condo was very comfortable. We would stay here again.

The view was stunning. Like living in’a sand castle. So close to the ocean you felt to reach out it could be touched. Owner thought of everything. Great sitting area hearing the ocean. Well equipped kitchen. All made for a fun enjoyable experience.

Beautiful condo with perfect location

Beautifully decorated and spacious condo. Very clean except for the floors but overall really nice. Location was perfect and views from balcony are amazing. Kitchen was fully stocked and very nice, owners thought of any and every thing needed. thing needed.

The unit was not clean on arrival. We were also locked outside for over a half hour. No one at the condo could help us. We had to wait for the host to message us back. For some reason there was one code to lock the door and one to unlock it. It was that way the whole stay. The second day the fire alarm was set off twice. We had to walk up all 17 flights to get the other part of our group. The speaker that was announcing the fire alarm with instructions either didn’t work on our floor or our unit. The second time it went off we had just came back with some groceries and were told the elevators would not be turned on until a sensor was checked. So we had to carry our groceries up all 17 flights. The bunk bed is not safe. The top rail is very loose. The dishwasher would run and none of the dishes would be clean. On the last day the ice dispenser quit working. The location was great. The only issue I had with the property was that people were smoking everywhere. Cigarette butts all over the beach.

The concerns you listed regarding the building, including the door codes, fire alarms, elevator shutdowns, and smoking around the property, are unfortunately outside of our control, but we understand how frustrating they were and appreciate you sharing the details. The location is great and within walking distance to the Garden City Pier. The views of the ocean and the marsh (seen from entry side on walkway) are amazing. Most importantly, the photos are up to date. What you see in the photos are exactly what the room looks like. The appearance, the cleanliness, all of it is there as in the photos.

My review

The condo was beautiful with lots of upgrades I only have one complaint and a couple little things. There was never a mention of the elevator being out and there are only 2 for the whole building. Checkin and checkout was over 2 hrs with waiting for the elevators we were on the 17th floor so not walking that. We met a resident of the building and they said has been down since last year so that was not fun. My two little things were the dryer took forever to dry even a small load and the kids bathroom shower curtain was to Ling and smelled like mold. The view was amazing and we had a good time. Some of our family left early due to not wanted Ling to deal with the elevator issue on check out day.
