This three-bedroom house has everything you could ask for in a fun beach vacation! Spend your getaway soaking up the sun on the white-sand beach then head inside to cook up something wonderful in the full kitchen. You'll find all the stainless steel appliances and counter space you will need to prepare delicious meals to enjoy out on the private balcony. After blissful days, kick back for movie nights on the living room TV.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location - Relaxing - Beautiful!

The Location was perfect! Right on the beach and across the street from a restaurant, ice cream shop and a market. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The beach was relaxing, beautiful and felt very private. Just a few steps from the house to the beach! Highly recommend. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Spring Break

This was the perfect house. It is spacious enough, we are a family of 6. The house is a little dated but nothing to complain about, everything you need is provided for you. Plenty of towels, and dishes. My only complaint was the bedding. Our sheets were rough from pilling but other than that absolutely no issues. Checking in/out was easy. The house has a store across the street and within a few miles of grocery stores. I highly recommend this house and truly look forward to returning.

Little beach getaway

The house is cute with the perfect location. The bedroom set up worked well for us. The furniture has been updated from what is shown in the pictures so that was a nice surprise. Could use a fresh coat of paint and some tiles are cracked but overall it was very clean

Great location…furnace filter never checked or cleaned!

Location was awesome! Didn’t say it was a duplex! After I had already booked for week I read the reviews! The mattress in the loft are severely stained with looked like blood and urine! There were no blankets and only had a thin sheet like spread over each bed! Thank goodness I packed a few! Did have issues with few roaches which they did come and sprayed the day before our last day! Nails were coming up thru carpet on the stairs to loft! I tried hammering them down! Didn’t seem to work! The first day had to remove furnace filter which was covered with dust and had been sucked inward so it ran without filter! That bedroom’s ceiling fan covered with dust… probably wouldn’t there stay again for what I paid!

Atleast beachfront…

We loved the location being right on the beach. As for cleanliness, they can improve. It seems everything was dirty when arrived, food still in house and trash, dirty dishes in cabinets. Everything had to be cleaned basically before we used. The house seemed runned down too so they improve some things in home. Some beds were ok. I guess it’s good for just getting bathed and cleaned up from the day.

What we liked.

We liked the location, view and close proximity to the beach. Grocery store was conveniently across the street. The kids enjoyed the loft. The white sand beach and the water was clean and gorgeous.

Perfect Home on The BEACH!

Walk right off the deck into the sand to the water! It was perfect. Sweet Alabama is well stocked in the kitchen, plenty of towels, the AC works great! The deck has two tables with chairs, plenty of seating. Across the street are two restaurants, a store and ice cream parlor! We had a great time with your family. 6 adults and one child (12) stayed comfortably. Gigi & Granddaddy!

Everything was great but the oven could use an update we could only get two burners to come on and the storage cabinet underneath the oven wouldn’t shut all the way

Great beach stay

My husband and I really enjoyed being able to step out the back door and onto the beach! It was more house than we need for the two of us but we really enjoyed the location. We were able to walk across the street to a restaurant and small grocery and liquor store. We even took a longer walk down to Bahama Bobs and walked the beach back. I’m ready to book it again!

Loved it! I wish I could live here!

it was great! we loved it! I don’t think it’s possible to get any closer to the beach than this gorgeous condo. The view is perfect and the beach is great. I was thrilled to have covered parking under the house . We loved it so much we added an additional night. We found everything we needed to enjoy our stay and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped and there is a convenient store right across the street as well as a liquor store, seafood market, and restaurant. The furniture was nice and looked new and the condo was clean. there was tons of comfortable patio furniture. I was really impressed with how many towels were left for our use as well as nice touches like paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner, dish and laundry soap, etc. The televisions all had streaming services and dish. there were only two of us on this trip so it was luxuriously large but it would easily sleep 10. There were a few places in the house that could use a cosmetic maintenance but that didn’t bother us at all. planning to stay here on my next trip to Gulf Shores!

Birthday Trip

It was great being right on the beach. The only problem we had was there was no tv remote in the master bedroom and it took two days and several phone calls to get one. Otherwise it was a wonderful, relaxing trip.

Needs Some Work

Location is great and kitchen is well stocked. The home is in need of repairs due to severe water leaks during rain. The carpet was soaked in the master bedroom upstairs and water pooled on the floor next to the sliding door in the living room.

Great location insect problems

We have stayed at this location on three different occasions-this time there were cock roaches, dirty diapers left on upstairs balcony and lots of sand all over the floor we were very disappointed the location of the house is great

Location was perfect!!

The location was perfect! The home was nice and clean. It has all the kitchen equipment and utensils needed. The master bedroom was roomy but the other two rooms were pretty small. The dishwasher did not clean very well, we had to run it twice to clean the dishes and the internet did not work all week. It has been struck by lightning so that was a downside but other than that the location of the home being on the beach and close to everything else was great! The home does need a little updating but it is a nice little getaway!

Home needs updating

We love Gulf Shores!!!! But the home we chose was a bit lacking. This is not one house, it is a duplex which the description in VRBO did not disclose. Master suite is upstairs and very spacious with a beautiful view but does not have its own bathroom. It is a jack and Jill style layout which shares with the 2nd bedroom upstairs. Bedroom downstairs off the kitchen is terribly small with an extremely small bathroom and would probably be better suited with a twin bed. Upon arriving, there were wet towels in front of the sliding glass door down stairs due to leaking from a storm that had blown in earlier and floor fans were blowing upstairs to dry out the carpet and the air conditioning was not working. Both were reported and someone came out the next day to address the issues. Both sliding glass doors had recently been replaced but not sealed which was causing the leakage. We were told the air conditioner was fixed however we had to report it again the next day. I spoke with, Wesley, with the Vascasa, who was extremely helpful and had someone out quickly to replace the condenser on the air conditioner. I also spoke with the property manager a couple of times who was very helpful and courteous as well. We were compensated for the inconvenience with a free nights stay and a gift card to Bahama Bobs. Parking was also an issue when we first arrived as the tenants staying in the other side of the home did not adhere to the three car rule. They had five cars which took up the majority of the parking. Oh and the outside trash receptacles were packed. Again, we love Gulf Shores but until some upgrades are made to this little home, we will look elsewhere for accommodations.
