Concert Crew

My husband and I came to the beach with another couple to come see Eric Church in concert at the Warf. We had a great stay and enjoyed our morning view of dolphins playing in the gulf. The only complaint that we really had was that the inside furniture was covered in sand, master toilet was not cleaned, and we found toys scattered under the living room furniture, so the cleanliness was very questionable. But.. we enjoyed the beach and will be back.. will just bring more of our own cleaning supplies.

Overall it was an easy transaction… the only thing I would recommend is to clean with Bleach or a sanitizer that will kill all bacteria and smells… the smell from the sink was very strong and permeated the entire condo… in other words it really did stink!!!! To open the doors and air it out wasn’t an option because the air conditioner doesn’t work if the doors were left open. I bought mr cleqn sanitizer and used the whole bottle and hot water and ran the Garbage disposal and that helped…didn’t want to use bleach without permission … the garbage Can stinks also… shrimp boils linger forever. Clean with bleach it’s cheap and it kills bacteria… I own a restaurant and it’s the best for killing germs and bacteria which causes odors.. plus it kills many viruses that make people sick.

Nice condo - poor management

This is an older property, but still very nice. Not many extras included (like beach stuff) but still a good value for the money. The reason we gave a 3 is having to deal with Vacasa as the management - you had to call the non-local #, for them to try the local people, not be able to get through and leave a "ticket" and we would be called back whenever. Simple things like our parking passes not being there and the wifi password not being left (and tv wouldn't work). Took 3 days to get the wifi password - not a big deal, but just a pain with the back and forth. The condo is nice and the location amazing, hopefully management was just having a bad week.

Clean and awesome location, but.

There was construction during the entire week we were there. Everyday someone was coming into the co do to either work or do inspections. Wifi didn't work. I called property Mgr and sent two messages. No response. Because there was no wifi, the TV didn't work. Dish service was 50% operable as many stations were not part of dish package.

Steps from the Beach

This unit is a great location to enjoy the beach. Just a few steps away from the sand and the waves. Unit could have been a little cleaner especially the floors and could also use some updating. AC was nice and cold and the view was awesome.

Loved it!

We really enjoyed this first floor condo, the view was good, and beach and pool access were quick and easy. We loved the laid back, family feel to this low density condo. Our unit 1G was really cute. The decor was perfect for a beach condo! I would recommend some new mattresses soon, although we weren’t uncomfortable, they had a bit of a sag from lots of use and a sign should be posted so people will know not to try to use the garbage disposal, which was not working. All in all we loved it and will likely book it again.

Older condo but was clean and lots of space. Nice size pool.

We enjoyed our stay. Building & entrance could be better lit as it was hard to see where to turn in at night. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect condo vacation

This is an older building but everything was provided. The kitchen is very well equipped with higher quality flat wear and nice dishes. The beds were very comfortable in nice size bedrooms. The bathrooms were small but upgraded sinks with lots of hot water! The furniture both in the condo and on the balcony was very nice. The condo was very clean when we arrived. This condo exceeded my expectations!
