This jewel of a direct beachfront condo features comfortable furnishings and a resort ambience. The extra-large TVs in the living room and bedroom are a big plus for entertainment while you visit the beach. There are berth bunks for children, plus a sofa bed. You will not regret making Clearwater 3C your destination for beach time fun.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place bad elevator

Loved the location and the space was perfect, a washer and dryer (functioning) would have been nice but the rate compensated. Very clean and we enjoyed the view. The elevator went out twice and I’m 73 so I’m glad we were not on a higher floor!

Highly recommend!

A Nice Place

It was easy to find. The instructions on getting in the condo was helpful. The only question we had was where to to find the place to dispose of our trash. Otherwise, all was great. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

The condo was clean and tidy, however the building needs a bit of maintenance and the pool area as well. The manager was great and she checked in with us to make sure that everything is good. Easy access to the beach and close to main attractions.

Location, Location, Location

We love Vacasa! Communication is excellent. Pros: Location, balcony, elevator, beach colors interior, comfy furniture and comfy bed, shower has good water pressure, 2 box fans under bunks, monster tv in bedroom, large tv in living room, new stove Cons: old, needs fresh paint, small refrigerator, tiny twin blanket for king bed, no cookie sheet, needs spoons & scissors, small pool, thin walls.

It is a nice place. The bed is very comfortable but it takes up the whole bedroom. The bunk beds could use a little thicker mattress for adults to sleep on. It was clean on arrival. They were doing construction so we were not able to use the pool. The sliding doors need a little thicker curtains to block out some light for those sleeping on couch or bunk beds. I would rent again when construction is done!

Breathtaking

Do not use the washer dryer. Ruined a new shirt and a dress. Vacasa was quick to tell me they weren’t an amenity. Even asked me to find them in the listing to prove it. Sure enough, they weren’t, even though the pictures proudly displayed them.

Great Location; in need of TLC

Location can’t be beat! Walkable to many Gulf Shores restaurants and attractions and quick 15 minute drive to Orange Beach. I have stayed in the Clearwater complex a few years ago but in a different unit, so I was disappointed to see how rundown and outdated this particular unit was. It’s very clean and furnished nicely, but it is time for some major TLC of this unit. Also make sure to pack some extra blankets, especially if you have guests sleeping on the bunk or pull-out couch, as all that was provided were very thin bed sheets. Although the unit itself has seen better days, we felt it was clean and enjoyed the location. Just be aware that the pictures are deceiving.

Not good

The condo so old not well maintained, very dirty. Not enough towels and supplies for a family of 5 staying a whole week , no trash bags for our staying . Carpet in the living room and the bedroom. They shouldn’t leave carpet with sands. The condo needs really a renovation . The only thing which I liked it’s the view . If I have to come back here I will not unfortunately.

Not what I thought it would be

Very cramped for 2 adults 2 kids and a toddler. I would not recommend the price for a week stay. It was very outdated. The toaster was broken. The pull out couch was broken. Took forever the cool the room down. Cracks in the ceiling. Stove took forever to preheat. The tvs were big, the bed was pretty comfy, & the view was great. The room sign was not even on the door. The dumpster down stairs had trash all the way out to the road it was very nasty. The elevator stunk daily. Was not given the pool and beach access code after a 45 minute wait and trying to figure it out over the phone with the number provided the lady finally figured it out for us. I was very disappointed honestly.

Stay Away From This One!

Out of every place I have rented in the past this would be the sole one on the list that I would NEVER go back to again. Upon arrival the unit had no clear indication that it was the correct one, so after punching in the door code, and hoping we wouldn’t be waking anyone up trying to get in their place, the door did open. We were then greeted by the wonderful smell of moldy air. Entered into the unit and were greeted visually by large mold stains on the ceiling, and just a rather musky and dirty feeling. The carpet felt too dirty to walk on with bare feet, and the couch had an odd smell and feel to it as well. The sheets were all clean and the bed was pretty comfortable, but the bathroom is in a state of much needed repair. TP holder dangling off the counter, all the walls beat up and dirty, and a shower that literally looked as it was falling apart. For what we paid I have the expectation that a unit will at least meet certain standards. This unit met ZERO, and really needs to be tested for mold. I would never stay in this unit, any other unit in this building or any other unit managed by this company again based upon our recent visit.
