While you're just steps from the beach, this home is also within a few miles of additional local attractions including the Hangout at Gulf Shores, Gulf State Park Pier, and the Track - Gulf Shores.

Wake up to breathtaking views each morning, head downstairs to sink your toes into the sugary white sands, spend the day swimming in the resort pool, and barbecue your summertime favorites on the shared grills. Keep an eye out for dolphins! Ready to head inside for the day? You'll find an updated kitchen with all of the stainless steel appliances needed to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table and then head into the living area and wind down watching a favorite show or movie.

Additional amenities and features include central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off the salt and sand after fun-filled beach days.

Very nice place. Very clean. No balcony but honestly with a one and a half year old I didn’t mind it at all. Loved the huge windows with the beautiful view of the beach.

The common area layout was odd and the kitchen was cramped, but we didn’t cook while we were there so it didn’t matter. The enclosed balcony (part of the living room) was unexpected, but we liked it. The sliding windows are really cool! Beautiful view! The kids insisted that there were bugs in the kids’ bedroom. My daughter was bitten on her lip and eyelid and both swelled up. So they opted to sleep on the pull-out sofa bed the 2nd and 3rd nights. The pull-out bed was almost impossible to push back into place. We ran out of shampoo and there was only one soap bar per bathroom. The pool was very nice! Location excellent. There’s something wrong with the elevator. It takes 3 - 4 attempts to close (reopening 3x) before it closes.

Very uncomfortable

The elevator of the stay was broken 5 out of the 6 days stay. We were at the 9th floor and nothing was done by vrbo or by the property manager to help us out. We were stranded with a toddler and a 75 year old. I understand that a broken elevator is something that may be out of the control of the property owner to fix but that is something you need keep in mind when booking this property and I read other reviews that say the elevator being broken down is a common occurrence. There was no effort to help us accommodate to another property. There was absolutely no communication on the elevator situation even during the third call that I made to them. I would have been better staying at a hotel. I tried to call Vacasa, the PM, multiple times about the fan in the master bedroom not working but was basically told that the maintenance guys believe that somehow I do not know how operate a fan or a three way switch and that’s why they wanted me to try harder. I even told them that it worked intermittently and stopped in the middle of the night. So to summarize, you can expect to have the elevator down while being stuck on the 9th floor and hope for the best that no other maintenance issue comes up during your stay.

Loved the view

The unit was nice, and I loved having the balcony enclosed as part of the living room, so that we could sit right by the windows and enjoy the great view when we were inside.

Great spacious condo

The condo was wonderful! It was clean beds were ok, not too hard. We didn’t have enough towels for each guest but we made it work. Plenty of room in the living room for all of us! Water pressure was awesome!! The wait time for the one elevator wasn’t bad either. It was broken when we arrrived but a couple of phone calls and it was quickly fixed. The lady cleaning by the pool and the foyer is awesome. She was so friendly and she was very thorough in her job. Now the parking lot security lady, not so much. She just stared you down and didn’t know who to call when the elevator broke even though the number was beside her. I’d rent this home again that’s for sure.

Fantastic!

Everything was clean, & it was an easy access to the beach since it was right there. Plenty of extra towels & toilet paper & everything you need! The only negative is that the walls are super thin so you can hear everything above & beside you & it seemed like maintenance began at 7am (but could’ve been loud people above us as well). Overall, very pleased with our stay & will definitely return & definitely recommend!

Great location and great price

Fantastic rental unit for the price. Location is fantastic - full size washer and dryer is a plus. Great set up in terms of beds/living room seating/tv's are very nice. No complaints - would definitely stay again. No balcony but windows open for a great view of the ocean directly in front.

Two edgewaters make sure you are at the right one

Very cute condo. Both edge water and edgewater west are the same color! Before unloading make sure you are at the right one. The walls are very thin at this property but it was cute and a nice stay.

Great Stay

The condo was just as described. It was very nice and very clean upon check-in. It had all that you would need for a longer stay. It was very well located on the beach just an easy walk or drive to what ever you wanted.

Broken elevator

The condo was great. The elevator broke on our last night. It was hard on 2 elderly people to climb 9 stories. And also to pack the car the next morning. How about a 2nd elevator.

Frustrated....

Upon arrival, the elevator was out of order (was out of order last year when we stayed at this property as well). We have a handicapped child and it was very difficult to get her, our luggage, and bags of groceries up nine flights of stairs. Due to her condition, we could not leave the room until the elevator was fixed the next day. Later in the week, we were not notified that the deck that goes over the dunes to the beach was torn out. The construction crew had to tell us to take all of our beach stuff to the property next door and wait on someone with a code to let us in the gate to go to the beach. Again, very tough to do with a handicapped child. Although the condo was very nice and accomodating, there was frustrations throughout the week. I reached out several times to address the issues and no one responded for a couple of days.

Wonderful experience!

The condo was beautifully cleaned. It was perfect for a girls trip for my daughter’s birthday. Loved that the windows opened! We were able to sit and just listen to the ocean!
