Enjoy the coastal cottage feel of the perfectly located Gulf Shores, Gulf Front Condo! Enjoy three full bedrooms to sleep up to 6, along with a sleeper sofa in the media room, the living room, and birth bunk in the hallway for a total accomodation of 12!

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great Location and nice condo!

Location was great for walking to restaurants and entertainment. Would stay here again! The only issue is the parking is very tight and limited.

Great for a large family

Condo was surprisingly very spacious. Plenty of room to spread out. Rooms are large and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with cooking equipment. Great location right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was very quiet which was wonderful because you don’t find that very often. Very convenient to restaurants and shops within walking distance. Very family friend and definitely return in future.

Great location and very clean but not as stocked as you would expect for this size condo and for the size- no blankets for the three pull-out beds and only enough TP and trash bags to last a day or two.

Property overall was good. Few problems with condo but nothing major. Door was difficult to unlock at times and I think the ac didn’t work very well was super hot in certain areas.

Could be a great unit with a little TLC

The unit was spacious, needs a little TLC. Overall, not a bad condo. The cloth furniture was dirty and the master bed mattress was terrible. We had a water leak in our unit that we unfortunately had to deal with and vacasa still has not reached out to us about our things that were ruined as a result of the water leak. Hope they decide to call me to rectify this problem

Do not recommend- furniture needs replaced

February 2025. Living room furniture was filthy. Condo needs a deep clean and fresh paint.Building was being renovated so not sure how that will turn out. Looked a little rough.You will need to supply your own shampoo/conditioner/soap, dishwasher pods, dish soap, handsoap, garbage bags, salt/pepper, additional toilet paper. Only 1 dish towel.

Beautiful view

The condo was as expected. Plenty of room. Beautiful views. Fully stocked. The only issues we had was there was lots of sand on the floor from the last group that was there. I understand you are at the beach. But the floors did get “slick”. My grandson slipped down a couple times. It had rained the day we arrived. The parking lot flooded. We had to walk through ankle deep water to access the condo. Minor issues but overall a great week! Plenty of space to chill and relax.

Loved!

We loved staying here. It’s spacious, has a great view of the beach from the living room and kitchen, and is close to everything. The bed I slept on was really comfy. I can’t speak to the comfortableness of the pull out beds because we didn’t use them. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. I would definitely stay here again!
