You'll be staying in a villa coveted for its location, 500 metres from the beaches and not far from the Dune du Pyla, tennis courts and famous establishments: Ha(a)itza, la Co(o)rniche, le Balap.

The layout is as follows:

- Floor 1: 1 double bedroom (bed 180x200cm) opening onto the terrace and its private shower room with toilet, living room with dining area, separate toilet, fitted kitchen, a terrace adjoining the living room, perfect for an aperitif, and a terrace adjoining the kitchen for your sunny lunches. You'll be able to share convivial moments with friends using the plancha, the Fermob garden furniture and the table tennis table!
You'll also benefit from WIFI fibre access, Orange fibre TV and air conditioning.

- Floor 2: 2 double bedrooms with the option of separating the beds from double to single if required, 1 master bedroom (180x200cm bed that cannot be divided) with its own private shower room, a large dressing room, a second shower room and separate toilet. All bedrooms open onto a large terrace.

💦 THE SWIMMING POOL: enjoy your own private outdoor space. Whether from the heated swimming pool, the terrace or the pool house, you'll be able to enjoy all the comforts of home.
