Offering access to incredible shared amenities, including indoor, outdoor, and kiddie pools, a whirlpool spa, an exercise room, saunas, and a children’s play area, this marvelous, family-friendly condo is simply unbeatable! This tastefully decorated condo is part of the Carousel Hotel, which is famous for its ice rink and amenities mentioned above. Enjoy an oceanfront location with picture-perfect beach views and a convenient balcony with an outdoor dining area. Cook up a masterpiece in the fully-equipped kitchen and surprise your group with tasty meals and beach snacks. Then, you all can rest for a while watching TV or reading in the living room before heading out to one of the pools or the beach!

*The opening and closing of building amenities is at the discretion of the building. Please note during the off-season some amenities are not operable. Call with questions.

THINGS TO KNOW
No smoking and no pets, please.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 17.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We had a great stay! The time of year we like to go to the beach is after school is back in so that there aren't a ton of other people. This was a great location and the condo was super cute! Had everything we needed.

Beautiful condo

This condo is beautiful! The decor inside is so cute, the furniture on both the patio towards the ocean and the balcony towards the bay have nice seating and decor (I noticed others do not have any or very little!), and it was clean upon arrival. The private washer and dryer are a big help and the kitchen is stocked if you want to stay in and cook. This condo has everything you need! We highly recommend and we plan to rent this condo in the future!

Beautiful condo!

This condo gives you the best of both worlds! You have the beautiful ocean front views for the sunrises and the gorgeous furnished bayside balcony for the sunsets. You can also see the fireworks from the balcony. We have stayed at many oceanfront condos over the years and this is by far, one of the best ones. Loved every minute of being there!

Perfect Getaway

Location is perfect, easy walk to everything you need. Beautiful views, ocean front sunrise from one balcony and bay side sunset on the other. Condo was well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Kids loved the building amenities. Appreciated the provided linens and towels. Will definitely stay here again!

Room was clean. No instructions on how to use the TV services. The living room and bedrooms used different services so we had to figure it out twice. The was frustrating. Other then that, everything was good.

Amazing!

We had a great time staying at 1703 Carousel! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Perfect location for shopping and enjoying all that Ocean City has to offer! As a bonus, the Ice skating rink was open and my kids got to ice skate for the first time ever. I would definitely stay again!

Lovely condo

This was our 5th year renting a condo at the Carousel, each year being a different condo. So far this condo has been our favorite. Nicely remodeled and as always great views. Our son looks forward to the pools every year.

Ideal property at the beach

I can't say enough nice things about this listing. The unit was very clean, and the balcony facing the ocean is huge. In addition, the property has its own 'second balcony' along the bay side of the property -- besides having a great view, you can have either sun or shade almost all day. Highly recommend renting this condo!

Everything Worked!

The refrigerator kept food cold. The A/C kept unit cool. Having stayed at several different units over the years, this was the first time I was surprised to find fresh sheets already on the beds. Also, the towel and starter kit was more than I expected. Unit was clean. With the washer and dryer in condo, you could actually get through starter towel set for a week. I could tell the owners took great care in their unit. It was decorated nicely in a beachy theme. The kitchen was fully stocked. Also, the balcony was huge with wonderful view. The bay side balcony was nicely furnished. We sat out there, and had crabs and watched the sunset. It was so nice.

Great view, but needs some attention.

Great location. The condo was nicely situated however it has quite a bit of damage and needs some attention (broken fridge, scoffee pot broken, screen doors off tracks, outside furniture was covered in pollen and dirt so we cleaned it ourself). The price has already risen for 2025 which I'm not sure is warranted for this convo.

Oceanfront condo

We were very happy with our stay at this condo. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of pillows and towels. The location was great!! Overall we were very pleased and would not hesitate to book this place again.

The banshees are coming

The views are wonderful along with the deck. The sound coming from the front door was horrible. The wind made such a racket it was hard to get to sleep and stay in the living room. Not sure if it happens at all the condos but this was terrible. Only time it didn’t wail is when the front door was open. Granted it was windy all week so not sure if that is normal but it would be a wonderful place for a Halloween party for sound effects. It just wasn’t a nice time for us.

Love it!

We loved everything at 1703. It's decorated beautifully and you can tell the owners love this condo. We had one problem with the screen door in the primary bedroom and Vacasa sent someone the next day to fix it. The balcony has great seating and a table for dining. My only suggestion would be to have a chaise or two. We will definitely choose this condo again. We've stayed in a few here and this is by far our favorite. By the way the handle on the oven drawer is upside-down. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home. ❤️

Awesome views

Really enjoyed this condo. Definately needs some repairs and a top to bottom cleaning (drips on cabinets, broken cabinet doors, etc)but nicely decorated and huge balcony with amazong ocean views. Great bay views from the front as well. Unit has its own picnic table outfront .
