This tastefully decorated condo is part of the Carousel Hotel, which is famous for its ice rink and amenities mentioned above. Enjoy an oceanfront location with picture-perfect beach views and a convenient balcony with an outdoor dining area. Cook up a masterpiece in the fully-equipped kitchen and surprise your group with tasty meals and beach snacks–make sure to enjoy everything with an unforgettable view! Then, retreat to the inviting living room with a flatscreen TV to experience a relaxing evening watching TV.

*The opening and closing of building amenities is at the discretion of the building. Please note during the off-season some amenities are not operable. Call with questions.

THINGS TO KNOW
No smoking and no pets, please.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The Carasel is a good place to stay with on site amenity options for all ages. This room was accommodating and clean. The room is on a floor that's high enough to offer a good ocean view. The only issues were the TV in the second bedroom was not connected and didn't have the ability to be connected. The required cables were not installed. The remote was missing which is the only way I could have got the TV to work. The was a lamp in the master bedroom that wasn't close enough to an outlet to plug in. I had to move the bedside table and the bed to plug it in behind the bed. Aside from those issues I would stay again and recommend this unit.

Unit was clean, furnished appropriately, and well-stocked. Building was secure, check in process and parking were convenient. And the views! We always get a unit with direct ocean view, but this unit’s additional bay view was a nice plus! We will most definitely be back!

Love this building!!

This is the second year we've stayed here. Our family has been happy both years with the condo and amenities around Carousel. Our only complaint would be the stovetop is difficult to cook on because burners are crooked and don't cook even. I brought a flat top griddle to cook on more. And the master bathroom sink constantly drips. Our than those two complaints

Beautiful views • Comfortable • Great Quiet Getaway

The views from both of the large terraces are terrific , very relaxing. Interior was easy to lounge and cook a nice meal . The Carousel had pretty much everything at your fingertips, From Beach to Ice skating... which our 13yr loved. We'll be back!

Great stay would Stay here again

We stay at the carousel every year and enjoy it! This unit was great! There’s usually always an event for the family going on but this time the kiddie pool didn’t work at all & lots of repairs being made on site, as if they weren’t quite ready to fully open for the summer rush of visitors.

Stay

Location was great. Indoor pool was open - has lots of things to do for children. Enough beds in the condo. Things that could use updating - bed pillows (they were flat and weak), plastic chairs out on the balcony, the dressers seemed to be off the tracks and hard to open / close, applainces (gas stove burners were messed up and smelled like something was burning of them when used for hot tea).

Great stay

Could be updated some but doesn’t distract from the whole stay! I would recommend a separate lock on the front door for families with small children. My 1 yr old could reach the front door handle and easily open it.

Nice ocean view from balcony. Equipped with all cooking needs. Great location with pool, gym, arcade. Condo itself could use updates.

Five of us rented this condo and enjoyed our stay. There were four adults and a toddler. We felt safe on the balconies with our two year old and the views were excellent! You get the best of both worlds with the sunrise and sunset. I’ve been coming to ocean city for 30+ years and I usually don’t stay at the same place twice, since I’m never completely satisfied; however, my husband and I agreed that we would book this condo again the in future… which is surprising because we’re usually inlet - 10th street people. It was nice being on the higher end this time. The kitchen, master bedroom and living room were our favorite rooms. The double bed room and hall bathroom could use some updates, as they were dated and isolated feeling. The windows in the double bed room could also use improvement, as light shines through constantly. I woke up multiple times throughout the night thinking it was morning due to the outside lights shining through, but it was still the middle of the night. The room was clean, aside from a pair of kid underwear and shorts under a throw pillow on the couch. There was a lot provided- toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, bags, sponge, etc. Another downfall is the parking garage. we took my husband’s truck, which is standard size, and it was an extremely tight fit making the turns to find a spot. We ended up making it to the top floor which was almost empty. If we had to park on a floor in between, I wouldn’t be surprised if we found dings/dents on the truck when we came back.

Beautiful view

Beautiful views and wonderful porch! There are some broken items in the condo. For an adult trip this would be great, but if traveling with small children I would keep looking!

Great location, condo needs updates

Location and views are amazing. Hotel amenities are wonderful. The condo itself needs updating and wasn't very clean. The toilet in the master bath had a black ring, possibly mold, the tub in the secondary bathroom did not drain much so when we showered we were standing in water past our ankles. The beds in the secondary bedroom were extremely uncomfortable. The mattress' had zero support. The dishes and decor throughout are very outdated. Not a huge deal, just a comment that it isnt very modern. The tvs in the bedrooms are very small, especially the master bedroom. Again not a huge deal, just a comment. Also a keurig would be nice to have available. The electric can opener does not work. The dvd player is probably unnecessary and would eliminate having so many remotes.

Nice but dated

This was a nice play to stay for a 4 day weekend. The condo was clean and seemed well kept after. The location is great and is within either walking distance or a short drive to restaurants and bars. It is also an easy drive to the Delaware beaches and outlets. That being said the condo as well as the hotel it is located in are very dated. The appliances (washer/dryer and the dishwasher ) have to be closer to thirty years old. Some of the decor and the popcorn ceilings are probably from the same time period. The cabinets are lined with wall paper that is peeling badly. If you plan on doing any kind of cooking, the utensils and cookware seemed cheap and have certainly seen better days. Overall we probably would stay here again based on the price point, but some upgrades are definitely needed.

Convenient with amazing views

We enjoyed our stay. The balconies on the ocean side and bay side were perfect for watching both the sunrise and sunset. I agree with some of the other reviews that the place is in need of some upgrades, but overall the place was clean and served our purpose.

Oceanfront and bay views

Love the location and space. It was nice to have oceanfront balcony as well as an outdoor space overlooking bay area. Space was good for the family. Unit and furnishings need updated. Minor things need fixed. Sent an email to make mgt aware. Would have been nice to know ahead that the ice rink would not be available Friday and Saturday due to a hockey league event. But it was a beautiful weekend, so we enjoyed the outdoors
