Conveniently close to restaurants, shopping, and the ocean, this Bethany Beach condo located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway is the perfect spot for your next vacation.

After a day out on the beach or exploring the area, come back to your cozy holiday abode. Sporting upgrades for 2023 such as a new couch, brand new LVP flooring, and a small kitchenette, you'll feel right at home. Lounge on the furniture inside, then breathe in the fresh ocean air on the deck. Guests have access to central AC, a microwave, free WiFi, an outside shower, a Murphy bed, a sleeper sofa, a balcony, and parking for two cars.

THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Small but Perfect

The unit was on the smaller size, however, the location was perfect. Very walkable to downtown Bethany and very close to beach access.

It works.

We chose to spend the majority of our time out and about, so this unit worked for us to sleep in! The kitchen items and balcony could use some more cleaning, but it was otherwise fine. The location can’t be beat!

A Nice Post season visit

Great location, we walked to the main drag. Walking distance to great beaches. The apartment has a nice balcony, and nearly thing you need.

The proerty had a great value for Bethany Beach It was within a short walking dostance of the beach, restaurants and boardwalk. The property was clean and comfortable but could use some updating with the deck and railings. The check in and check out process were easy to understand.

Adequate for what we needed

It was clean… which is important! We spent little time in the condo. So it was fine for that. I would recommend that the broken light be fixed or replaced though 👍

Somewhat dated, but clean & comfortable, quiet (except for noisy air-conditioning unit). No direct access to beach-- have to walk several blocks to gain access, as large multiple high-rise resort across the street blocks access.

Great little rental

My daughter and I had a long weekend trip planned and this rental was perfect. Location was great walk to everything. The only negative was the rental above us had a toddler running around all the time into the late evening hours. It was very loud and annoying. Nothing wrong with this rental, it was great! Just wanted to share the upstairs noise issue

Great find!

My friend and I realized we had some free time that aligned so we wanted to do a quick two day beach trip. It was already the end of June and we were looking for a stay the third weekend in July, so I was not expecting to find anything affordable in the immediate area. I was so pleasently surprised to find this place that is not only walking distance to the beach, very reasonable price, but also it was actually nice! Usually any affordable, good location that late in the planning game comes standard with horror movie level conditions. This place was cute, clean, comfortable, and even had a balcony and TWO designated parking spots. Even better that I found this in Bethany somehow, so we even got to avoid all the ocmd riff raff. My friend had the actual bed and said the mattress was pretty uncomfortable so come prepared for that if you need both beds. I slept on the pull out and it was perfectly comfortable. Also, I had to catch up on some work so I can attest that the wifi is good. It's becoming a pipe dream to actually "get what you pay for" (in a good way) these days, so I really appreciated this experience. Thank you!

Fine if you have literally no other options

Clean enough, although mattress had red/brown stains on it that you could see through the sheets. Stains on sham pillow case too. Huge gap between head of bed and wall so several times throughout the night we would wake to our pillows having fallen to the floor below. Pillows and bed were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced- even after a long day out and about we got no sleep just from how uncomfortable it was.
