Great for fishing, watersports, and crabbing, this wonderful waterfront home has everything you need for a breezy stay! Guests will enjoy two flatscreen HDTVs, cable with local channels plus 185 more, wireless or plug-in high-speed DLS available (guest provides own computer), and incredible water views! There have been recent updates made to the kitchen, primary bathroom, carpet, flooring, drapes, deck, and deck furniture.


Things to Know
No smoking and no pets, please.
There is an outdoor shower available.
The loft is not to be used as a sleeping area.

This property is located in an R1-zoned area.  Per Ocean City Ordinance, the maximum occupancy in a dwelling in the R-1 single family residential district and the MH mobile home residential district being used as a premises for habitation/rental housing unit, is two persons per bedroom, plus two additional persons, provided that occupancy does not exceed the maximum allowed occupancy under Chapter 10 and the dwelling's or building's allowed occupancy use for its provided fire protection features required under Chapter 34.  The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The sweet fairy tale home you dreamed.

Water view on canal, can eat out on furnished deck. 2 large bedrooms with baths, one in front and one in back. The back bedroom has sliding door to deck as does the liv/ fam room. Decorated beautifully and comfortably...has everything adults would love..I was sorry my little grandkids were sick..but this is an adult beach heaven.

We loved the location of this home and loved that it was right on the water. We sat out on the back patio a lot drinking coffee, playing card games, eating dinner, and reading books. It was hands down the best part of the house. It’s tucked into a quiet little neighborhood on the water and we felt safe and felt like we had privacy.

It’s only 4 stars because I found old socks in the pull out sofa and the property could use an update. Other than that a great location right on the water with great convenience to nearby spots.

Was a beautiful view of the bay and easy for boat to dock. Also great area to kayak. Air conditioner worked and response from vacasa to fix minor problem with dining room table was efficient. New stove which was nice. Kitchen is very small but everything worked fine. Overall was a nice vacation with family

Great location,

The location is great. Nice quiet bay to sit on the deck and enjoy morning coffee or fireworks at night. In the evening sit on the front porch and watch the sunset over the water. Kitchen is well stocked with what you need as far as dishes, pots pans and small appliances. Just be prepared for tiny ants in the kitchen and a washer that doesn’t spin cycle, your towels will take forever to dry. Beds are super hard and uncomfortable. House is pretty nice tho.

Cute home away from home, but needs upgrades

Positives: lots of natural sunlight, enough space for my family, on the bay where we were able to watch the fireworks over the bay. Enjoyed the porches tremendously. Cons: outside laundry? I called guest services to find the laundry because I didn’t realize it was in the outside storage closet. Fridge leaked our entire stay and was rusted- we had a towel under the fridge the whole time. No storage space for groceries at all in the kitchen, even though there’s a closet. That’s where the pots and pans are. Cable and WiFi was inconsistent (which wasn’t a problem until it was.) I would stay again but I don’t know that it will be my first choice for a return.

Dirty and in disrepair

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this location, It is a safe and quiet neighborhood and you can watch fireworks from the big deck over the water. The house was not swept nor vacuumed when we arrived, a white comforter had mascara on it, and extra blankets were balled up on the floor. Towels hanging in bathroom were damp (from the wash or from previous user?) and there was toilet paper behind a night stand that had soaked up something spilt. The shower curtain had mold on it. After cleaning everything, I noticed the broken door jam, the freezer half frozen with over flow of water from ice dispenser and something green in it, the toilet seat was broken and taped, the light switch is broken. The juke box and the pinball machine doesn’t work. It shouldn’t even be part of the listing, neither should the beds that are upstairs because you can’t sleep in them. (False advertisement). The worst thing was The washer kept stopping mid cycle. I was able to get it going again until mid week when it just stopped with water in it. I called the management company who said someone would come next day. No one came next day. When someone came, they couldn’t fix it. We were left with 6 towels and 5 wash cloths only. Oh, and someone came on to the property two days during our stay when we weren’t there and put the trash cans out before we had a chance. House is in need of major repairs and cleaning. Maybe even some updating like removing the dirty carpet. all was reported to Vacasa.

Our stay was OK. Not the best we have ever had, but not the worst. I will start by saying living area floors & bathrooms were very clean. We also love how quiet the street is & how spacious the rooms are. We did have noisy neighbors the last night (Saturday), but they seemed to quiet down before 11pm. The deck and access to the bay was our top favorite feature! We have stayed a lot of places this year through VRBO, but have never had to make sure to take pictures of obviously broken, dirty or unusable items upon arrival & contact the host. To name a few: broken piece of floor trim at the front door with nail sticking up, ants in the kitchen, food/crumbs in the oven unit vent, absolutely messy/unorganized and dirty pantry in kitchen w/old & unusable pots/pans, dirty utensils put away from last guests, dirt/spills on the floor in the pantry next to the trashcan, grill was also left uncovered, with old charcoal and old food left behind, broken light switches, dirty air intake vent… the list goes on. (Jukebox and pinball machine use quarters & are unplugged. Also, you cannot sleep in the loft.) We also had someone arrive at the home when we arrived to change & fix the lock and doorknob on the front door of house. We had no idea this person was arriving to do this when we checked in (staff did not alert us) Overall our stay was ok, and Vacasa (rental management) was alerted and responded promptly. Hopefully these items will be addressed before the next guest arrives.

So, the main feeling the condition of the property gave me is that the owner thinks they are doing me a favor by allowing me to pay them to stay there. Condition and upkeep is at a minimum. - The entrance has not been completely swept in weeks if not months. Only cleared the area directly in front of the door. The rest of the patio covered in tree/landscape debris. - So unbelievably stingy on paper products. How about a roll of aluminum foil for cooking? - Utensils just thrown in drawers, no organization. HALF a corkscrew, seriously? - The kitchenware in the pantry closet is in complete disarray. Clearly had not been organized for many, many stays if ever. Just thrown in there. - Only one of the three TVs had working cable/streaming - Couches are in dire need of cushion refresh/replacement. No support at all. - Half of the back patio has not been swept in weeks if not months. - Why would there be pictures of a cute loft with a jukebox and pinball machine when it is completely unusable? Can't sleep there, both the jukebox and pinball machine out of order. Those pictures should not be included in the property details. This is all such a shame because the house itself could be great for families. Lots of room to hang out inside and on the great deck over the water. Loved the location.

Stylish bungalo in a great location!!

The home is decorated so stylishly and has everything imaginable for your stay. Kitchen is on the small side but ample enough to make a nice breakfast or steam the crabs you catch right off the dock. The beds are super comfy and the whole place was thoroughly cleaned. And the deck on the bay ... omg could have lived out there it was so beautiful and peaceful. Friendly neighbors and nice, quiet location. Would definitely love to book this place again for our usual trek to OC/MD each summer!!

Property was very clean, in a great neighborhood by the bay, canal in the back, house needs some exterior work, rotten wood on exterior, property is a long walk to beach nothing crazy but carrying beach stuff everyday it’s far. Still had great stay.

Great Stay!!

Location was a little bit of a drive but nothing not expected, great property and experience overall. Great size for everyone there was a place each one of us enjoyed. Really fun and interesting that theirs a guest book with little scavenger hunts and other peoples experiences. Definitely will be back!

Went there with my sisters and toddlers. We had a blessed weekend, house was clean, everything super comfortable. Close enough to the areas we like to stay and the restaurant. They should just update the fridge, but it works lol. Enjoy the view it is amazing.

the house is cute, perfect for 4 people....kitchen is very, very small, bedrooms were nice but the queen bed is high, too high for small kids to get in and out of or older people. The house was very dirty, was not cleaned before check-in. The toilet had flushing issues. The deck is nice but the exterior has a lot of rotting wood. The house is pretty far back from coastal hwy, not walkable to the beach with chairs and umbrella. Not walkable to dinner or stores. If you have a boat or kayaks...you will love this house.

We were 2 adult couples. Love the bungalow. Perfect size for the 4 of us. Dock is convenient. Needed directions on how to work A/C. Maybe leave a printed sheet for heat and air. Used the outside deck every night. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Would rent again.
