Wonderful rental property

Perfect location and view

Owner thought of everything, beautifully decorated with lots of amenities. Unit's view was amazing and relaxing. Enjoyed our time.

Beautiful and Enjoyable

Wonderful Bayside View Condo

Condo looked just as great as it did in the pictures, exceptionally clean, and stocked with all the necessarily kitchen tools. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

Annual daughter trip

Family Vacation

I stayed here with my family for our little vacation. It was nice and cozy it felt like home. Everything was so easy to book and the property manager was awesome she replied to every question so promptly. The place is beautiful very clean and very well kept.

Quick Getaway

Traveled to OCMD for a basketball tournament. Patty’s place was lovely. Very nicely decorated & CLEAN. Such a relaxing place to unwind at the end of some busy days.

Found this great place on Vrbo while looking for a mini-week. Making the reservation was easy, and once familiar with the Vrbo app, communication with the host was timely and helpful. Beautiful bayfront location,as pictured,which we loved. We planned to drive up to Coastal Hwy for beach access based on another review re: parking near the Acme. Condo very clean and well appointed. We’d book again.

Amazing Property!

The Condo was in a great neighborhood, it was quiet and close to the beach. Acme grocery store at the end of the street. Two Balconies to enjoy coffee in the morning. The one that overlooks the Bay gave us an incredible show of turtles, baby jellyfish, and shanks in the morning hours. Love that there were sand toys and accessories for the beach available to use. Patty made the check in process extremely easy and was readily available if we had questions or needed anything. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook and we loved our stay in Ocean City. We would Definitely stay here again.

Yearly summer vacation in OCMD

BEST experience ever! We have been coming to Ocean City for 10 years and this was the first time we stayed at a condo. The location was amazing, right on the bay. I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the balcony every day. I can’t say enough about the location and how amazing and clean the condo was. Definitely will book again. Check in and check out was so easy. Patty made this stay one of our bests vacations in OCMD.

Enjoyed the view

Easy contact with owner, Patty. Enjoyed the pool very much and so did my two boys. Had a plumbing issue, but Patty was quick to respond. Glad I got damage protection and it happened on our last day! There was no air fryer although it is listed as such. Both beds were higher than normal making it hard for my nine year old to get on and off, but we had a pull out couch he could use. Washer wasn’t working, but was informed after booking. A good stay overall.

Just right in OC

This bayside condo was perfect for my family (2 adults and 2 teens.) Great location facing the bay and North Side Park. Updated decor and features. Very clean - spotless. Renter was very easy to work with and responded to messages promptly. Neighboring condo owners who lived on site were very nice as well and welcoming. Would book again for sure. The ONLY issue we had was with the washer not working, it broke the week before us, and we were unaware. We had planned our vacation packing based on having use of a washer on site. When we reached out to the owner, they were shocked that Vrbo hadn't notified us since they had updated that info for the Welcome email. So issue was really with Vrbo, not with the actual owner.

Five Stars

Right from the start, Patty was so kind and responsive, answering questions very timely. During our stay, some questions arose and she again responded right away. The property is very true to the photos. Everything was immaculately clean on our arrival. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could think of. She even has ziplocks, foil. Saran Wrap, coffee filters. Toilet paper, and paper towel. The closet had 2 coolers, 2 beach chairs and so much more! There was even laundry detergent socked for us. Every morning we relaxed on the balcony with our coffee in the comfy captains chairs and watched the beautiful bay awaken with the activity of boats and birds. The only suggestion I can think of is to bring queen sheets with the deep pockets because the mattress is super thick and my queen fitted sheet almost didn’t make it over the corner but final did with a slight struggle. The beds were very comfortable and we had great sleep at night. I would definitely book this property again in the future!

Pleasantly surprised

The unit was in a great location facing the bay on two sides. I wished we could've stayed in the unit to enjoy it more as we were often gone for the day. There is a pool onsite that people sounded to be enjoying. Unfortunately, we were unaware that the washer had broken as that was one of the main amenities we sought and needed. Nonetheless, the condition and cleanliness of the unit seemed to overshadow that. It was tastefully ocean themed decorated and not the typically tacky beach decor used elsewhere. You could tell that there was alot of pride in the maintenance of the unit. They pretty much included everything for a day out in the beach such as chairs and shovels - although we personally did not use. The unit has two bedrooms and is multi level thus making it feel grander. One con may also be the height of the beds as we struggled to get on and off. Otherwise everything was great! The kids loved the space and spouse loved the adirondacks. Thanks for having us!

Another amazing stay!

At this point, Patty’s Place is our go-to spot in OCMD! It’s great proximity to the hustle and bustle of the city, but then you get to stay in the beauty and calm of the bay. My family always leaves feeling so much more relaxed and satisfied after staying at Patty’s!

Sunsets on the bay

The condo was beautiful, had all the amenities that you could need. Our favorite place to sit is at the balcony looking over the bay. Very clean and everyone at the development was very nice.

AMAZING STAY!

Just say yes!! Patty’s condo was perfect for our annual Girls’ Trip to OCMD! We loved being right on the water and seeing that view everyday. It’s a quite community with lots of friendly neighbors. Patty’s directions were clear and we had a seamless stay. Already planning our next stay!!

Perfect!!!

Great stay and location

This is a great condo with bayside views of the sunrise and sunset. You can park at the top of Acme and cross the coastal highway for beach access. The whole place is brand new and clean. Would recommend for anyone looking for a condo in the OC.
