This remodeled condo offers a first row view at the Marina, ideal for long term stay. High end ~2,000 sqft condo with a large terrace, fully equipped kitchen, fast wifi, 60" TV in each of the room. Secure resort where you can enjoy the pool, a game of tennis, stroll in the beautiful garden or walk the Marina Malecon. The Malecon is a safe walking area full of restaurants, spas and shops. You will be sure to enjoy this luxury resort. Your rental includes weekly light cleaning for stays longer than a wk.

Perfect views

Beautiful views in a quiet but interesting area. Gorgeous, spacious condominium fully equipped for nesting at home or venturing out safely morning to night. Beautiful pool and surroundings and very good tennis courts.

Great value

Our stay was wonderful. The condo is very spacious, clean and the location in the Marina is ideal. The Fresh-water pool is 2nd to none. The temperature was perfect, super clean and for the most part we were the only people enjoying it. Communication with the host was always easy and he was receptive and pleasant.

PV vacation

If you’re looking for location close to restaurants and walk abilities this is a great choice. The condo is quite large (2000sq.ft.) with an hugh outdoor balcony/ patio overlooking the marina. The grounds are beautiful with a good size pool and so called hot tub. The only downside was neither the pool or the hot tub are heated. This was a big disappointment for us as we have come to expect a heated pool on our stays in PV. The hosts were great and responsive to any problems or requests.

Marina condo

This was a very nice condo, very clean and great patio and location. I would recommend this condo however it is for sale so that could be an issue. But contact person was great and very helpful. My only negative would be that at 8:40 am in my last day the cleaning lady showed up and I was still in bed She ended up staying which made me a little uncomfortable as I hadn’t showered yet. But all in all a great experience.
