Once condo is booked, 50% deposit is non-refundable as the property is taken off the market.

The remaining 50% is refundable in cash if cancelled 90 days before arrival date. 60 days before arrival date will result in a 50% credit for a future stay.

Optional maid service available for a fee ($45 USD per cleaning).

There is an electrical meter read at check-in and check-out. Conservative usage is approximately $7 USD/Day. This to deter wasteful energy consumption.

A refundable security deposit of $500 is required at booking (processed outside of VRBO if applicable due to platform limitations; refund issued after electric meter read and damage check).
