As advertised—spacious houseboat with a huge 2nd level deck overlooking the marina and the cove. Perfect spot for dads/boys that’s close to options for food and boating.

We had a fantastic stay on the houseboat. Everything was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and very easy to settle into. The onsite bar and pool were a great bonus and really added to the overall experience. It was also a strong value for the price, especially for the Keys. We spent one day fishing and caught a ton of fish, which made the trip even better. Communication was smooth throughout and everything was exactly as expected. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Houseboat Adventure

We stayed on the Calypso- great houseboat-all the amenities and VERY comfortable!! The rooftop was awesome with beautiful waterfront sunsets each night. Great location to discover all the Keys. Would definitely return!

Loved the water!!!

What a GREAT experience. The views in the morning and evening were wonderful , like OMG wonderful. Slept like a baby on the water. The faculties in the marina were wonderful, shower by pool was nice roomy and HOT water. Would definitely stay here again!

Very enjoyable place for a family stay.

The property was very much as described and overall it was comfortable, clean and well kept. There was an issue getting on board by the older member of the party because of the distance between the boat and pier, and also a noxious odor, at times, from one of the heads.

Hi, If someone in your party had an issue with entering the houseboat and NOTIFIED the office, we would have addressed the situation, as best we could. In certain cases, the ‘tie line’ get loose over time and might need to be adjusted. We can only address, perceived issue, if we are notified. As it relates to the toilet odor, the houseboats have ‘contained’ black water which we pump out and treat 3 days a week. If Anyone has an issue with the toilet odor and notifies the office, we immediately check the issue and pump or treat the tank, as required. We apologize you had to experience that issue. THX, Mike

Fantastic environment to relax and have some fun with friend. Great accommodations and atmosphere !

All three of us agreed that staying there beats any hotel by far. Super nice people at the marina and just can't say enough good things about staying there. Not 1 negative to report. That is coming from a retired airline employee that lived in hotels for a decade. Awesome!! Thanks for the cool memories!!

Unique Experience!

What a fun way to spend a couple of days in the Keys! The house boat was perfect for our group of 5 adults. If you love being on the water and enjoy the relaxed, laid back vibe of the marina, this is a great way to go! We saw manatee and small sharks swimming around the boat! Awesome! The sunset was beautiful from the top deck! The food truck and bar was a perfect way to end the day. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and made it super easy to check in after hours. Thank you for a great stay! We will be back!

I'm on a boat!

This is a houseboat that is permanently docked in the marina. There are others, but this seemed the best. So here is the good, the bad, and the things I wish I had known. The good: This houseboat is probably the nicest of all of the ones available. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is an upper sun deck that lets you see the entire marina and an awesome sunset, provided the weather cooperates. It is clean, two TV's with full cable, a small kitchen, and a nice front room/dining area. Mike was really nice and very helpful. The bad: During our stay, the boat was actually listing to one side. They knew of the problem and had a plan to fix it, but it was not gonna happen for us. I would have thought some discount would be in order, but it was never offered. They gave us a pass, but it's a busy marina and we sometimes had to park in another lot. Wish I knew: It's a long way from the parking area to the boat.They have little "garden" type carts for your luggage and things. Ice makers in the fridges are not connected, so they have bagged ice at the office. There is no fishing nor swimming in the marina. Unless you have a boat or a charter, it's tough to find a good place to fish without traveling a long way. There are two centrally located grills to use, and they are not allowed on the boats. Summary: A nice stay, very unique, great sunset, price seems a little high for it though. The staff is great, parking area is small, and quite at night.
