100 meters walk from the historic center of Sarlat, in a quiet residence, with a parking space, discover our accommodation which will allow you to enjoy the entertainment and restaurants of the city center without worrying about parking or traffic!
Our apartment, on the first floor, of about 70 m², is composed of 2 bedrooms each equipped with a 140 cm bed, a living room dining room, a kitchen, a pantry, a bathroom and separate toilets.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a fan oven, a microwave, a Senseo coffee maker and crockery.
There is also a washing machine, ironing board and steam generator in the storeroom.
The private courtyard of about 50 m² is equipped with garden furniture, armchairs and a plancha.

Spacious, airy and well equipped. Access through courtyard was very convenient for access to the carpark. Small walkway meant only a five minute walk to the heart of Sarlat-la-Caneda. Location also quiet.

Le logement était conforme à l’annonce et très bien placé : tout près du centre mais dans un endroit très calme. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Un appartement clair, bien équipé, propre . Les divers équipements sont de bonne qualité et nombreux.Un seul petit b"mol, il n'y a pas de WIFI et chacun sait, que l'on reçoits chaque jours, des messages de sa banque , de la SS, etc.... Donc, chaque jour, il faut aller vers un bâtiment de l'administration, La Poste, L' Office du tourisme etc. pour être au courant des courriers reçus . A part cela Un bon 9/5 :10

Cet appartement est de haute gamme ! Propre, confortable, spacieux, très bonne literie, bien équipé ; de quoi se reposer après une journée de visite. La courette privée est un grand plus pour se prélasser au soleil avec le mobilier de jardin à disposition. La place de parking attitrée est aussi appréciée. Par son emplacement en périphérie du centre ville, il est possible de visiter Sarlat à pied. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli avec bienveillance et étaient à notre disposition pour nous renseigner.Alors je vous invite à louer cette appartement lors de votre séjour à Sarlat.

Très bon accueil de notre hôtesse, l’appartement est très bien et calme bien équipé , bien situé quelques dizaines de metres du centre-ville, pas de WI-FI mais quel bien être de faire une coupure. Je recommande.
