Well-kept, comfortable and tidy, with a very good location that is quiet and private while still just a few steps from the medieval city, this wonderful garden-level was a perfect base for my wife and I to explore Sarlat and the Perigord. Parking was easy, both on the street and in a nearby free lot, a huge benefit in this popular town. The hosts were warm and accommodating.

A lovely, restful getaway

Our stay was wonderful and relaxing. Alain is the perfect host, going above and beyond. We were greeted in Sarlat by Veronique who, along with her husband, shared a lovely meal. Old town was beautiful and we enjoyed being there on market day. Highly recommend!!

castles and caves

We picked this flat because of its position, which could not be bettered, 15 minutes walk from Sarlat station and three from the medieval city. We made good use of the outside space, which is rare to find. Sarlat is very picturesque and an ideal centre from which to take organised trips to see the surrounding attractions, as we didn't have a car.

le logement était en sous sol pas signalé dans le descriptif ( ancien garage voiture) par conséquent on se sentait cloitré et fenêtre de la chambre en raz de jardin et salle de bain fenêtre donnant sur un espèce de cagibi noir ne donne pas envie d’aérer . pas de détecteur de fumée. dans la salle de bain manque un éclairage trou de l'ampoule appairantquant a l'extérieur le portillon avec son brise vue aurait vraiment d'un sérieux rafraichissement ( peinture etc....) ne donne pas envie de déjeuner dehorsdommage car l'appartement pourrait être sympas photos sur l'annonce pas concordante

Bonjour, nous sommes désolés que votre expérience dans notre appartement n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Il s'agit d'un rez de jardin entouré de nature, donc sans doute moins lumineux qu'un appartement à l'étage, pour autant très apprécié par de nombreux locataires pour son charme périgourdin et sa fraîcheur lors des fortes chaleurs. Pour information il y a bien un détecteur de fumée et nous avons prévu de remplacer l'ampoule manquante dans la salle de bain. Alain

Des petits détails pour faciliter la vie en arrivant : pastilles pour lave-vaisselle des sacs poubelles et également des pastilles pour le lave linge Une unité pour une semaine cest un peu court

Je suis surpris par votre commentaire. Les consomables tels que pastilles vaisselles et liquide lave linge sont à la charge des clients. Effectivement pour vous êtres agréable une dose est fournie.

A 10 mn du centre. Logement de 45 m2, mais très confiné dans un genre d'entresol, assez sombre. Il y a un très petit espace extérieur, inutilisable.Le canapé existe. Très bon lit, salle de bains agréable, cuisine bien équipée. Accueil extrêmement sympathique et efficace.

Juste une précision. L'appartement est en res de jardin et non pas en entresol. Effectivement il fait 45m2 comme précisé dans le descriptif.

Logement bien situé et frais en temps de canicule (sûrement humide en temps normal d'où l'odeur et le déshumidificateur présent...) De plus peu de luminosité dans le logement ce qui n est pas du tout représentatif d après les photos... (malgré des journées ensoleillées)L accueil et la réactivité de l hôte étaient très bien.

Tres bien placé pour profiter du centre ville historique. L'essentiel y est en terme d'équipement. Veronique qui nous a remis les clés est très accueillant. Nous avons passé un très sympathique séjour.

Gut gelegene Wohnung mit Sitzplatz

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super - in 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuss im wunderschönen Zentrum von Sarlat. Über den herzlichen Empfang der Nachbarin haben wir uns sehr gefreut und ihre Restaurant Tipps waren sehr wertvoll. Genossen haben wir auch den kleinen Sitzplatz. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!
