Welcome to your modern getaway! This freshly updated condo underwent a full renovation in 2025, featuring completely remodeled bathrooms, brand-new flooring, fresh paint, upgraded lighting, and stylish new furnishings—including a cozy sectional and plush master bed. Designed for comfort and convenience, this space is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The light-filled, inviting living room is a great place to unwind, especially when you come back from the community pool or hot tub–it's complete with a large flat-screen TV, a Bose stereo system, and comfortable furniture. It opens up to a sunny lanai with terrific garden and pool views, and deck with patio chairs. Whoever is the designated chef of the group will have endless fun working in the kitchen! It's equipped with new, stainless steel appliances that include a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and toaster.

This retreat is located in the most southern point on the island, from which you can watch both the sunrise and sunset. Makahuena Point has crashing waves and beautiful splashing surf, with only a short walk to Brennecke's Beach and Poipu Beach State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Condo was clean and stocked appropriately. Great views could see whales from the property. Convenient location would definitely recommend.
Poipu Beach where the turtles come. Just a short walk.

The Condo was amazing. It had such a great feel and the neighbours were so welcoming. I will definitely stay here again. The location was fantastic. We saw beautiful sunsets/sunrises from the front lawn and whales! Pool was amazing and the kids had the best time. Definitely one of my favourite places to stay.

The condo was amazing. Great renovated space with a lot of amenities. One thing that was not mentioned prior to us renting is that the property is under construction and the doorway (step) entry to the condo is taped with caution tape and support beams and partially obstructed. The tennis courts are also closed due to repairs. Overall, it is a great place, just a heads up on maintenance/repairs would have been nice since we had kids.

Perfect girls trip!

The unit is spacious and had all of the necessary items for our stay. The grounds are very private and relaxing. The air conditioning system works great. We will be back next year.

Great location

Location was perfect for our stay. Property was spacious and had everything that we needed for our stay. Walls, though, are paper-thin and everyone's comings and goings can be heard way too clearly. Loved access to walking trails and to beaches.

Perfect Family Vacation!

We had a fantastic stay! Our family of five (2 adults and 3 older teens) found this condo to be absolutely perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and we really appreciated having two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer—it made our stay so comfortable and convenient. The condo was thoughtfully stocked with beach essentials like chairs, an umbrella, a boogie board, and a cooler, which made our beach outings even more enjoyable. We also enjoyed relaxing at the condo pool—it was a great option for downtime between beach trips. The location couldn’t have been better—close to all the beautiful south side beaches and great restaurants. The property manager was also wonderful—very responsive and helpful when we had a couple of questions about the parking pass and door key. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay!

This condo was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Great location in Poipu. Super comfy beds. Well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the pool. The location at the southern-most point on the island allowed us to view sunrise and sunset!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The location of the property is excellent. You are near all the restaurants and beaches. The view from the property is beautiful! Everything is well manicured and we did see some turtles swimming in the ocean from the back of the property by the water. My only complaint is the condo is under renovation and I wished it would have been disclosed in the details. The project appears to not be completed. Upon request, Vacasa did address our concerns promptly and satisfactory. Thank you for letting us stay here and experience Poipu.

Great Location

The condo was in a great location! They're was pleanty of space in the home. They're were minimal supplies in the home. We didn't have air conditioning for the first 24 hours. I did have to call multiple times and had 2 different maintenance people visit before it was fixed. When the windows were left open, due to no a/c, we did have cockrachs in the kitchen, otherwise it was clean.

The magic of Kauai

What a perfect home base for enjoying this magnificent island . We had three couples on this trip , and we had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is beautiful and extremely well equipped . But you may not want to cook with all the amazing restaurants in nearby Poipu and Lihue . You are a short walk from beautiful Poipu Beach. Great swimming , amazing sunsets , and sea turtles every evening ! Trust me , this is where you want to stay

We loved the floor layout, good size apartment for all of us to have our own space and also have a good common area to hang out together and play games. We got to see a beautiful sunset every night. We needed a little bit more air movement to stay cool at night.
