Enjoying the stay as always!!! Property was clean and in very good condition. Love the location and access to the beach and ocean is very nice, just a couple of minutes walk both ways . We will definitely be back for another stay. Communication with the property manager is always easy and very helpful too!!!

Great place, truly a 90 second stroll to the ocean. Comfortable layout, well-equipped kitchen, and nice places to sit outside.Hosts were quick to reply to inquiries, all went great!

Absolutely soul rejuvenating. Amazing home and host. Perfectly located very close to the beach and plenty of places close to eat. Home has everything you need and want. Entire family had the time of our life and hated to leave.

Great place

We enjoyed our stay at As good as it gets. Very short walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the front and back decks and the outdoor furniture. The beach wagon and grill were useful as well.

Paul is a very good host, kept in touch, was responsive to questions....and, tolerated a nervous renter very well. The home was perfect for our needs, it was clean and had a very comfy king sized bed in the master suite. Our pups had room to roam, and loved the warm walks on the beach which really is just a short walk. The dunes are beautiful and the beach was very nice and natural. Oh the kitchen is very well equipped, we had everything we needed to cook meals. I would definitely stay here again.

As good as it gets!

We had a great relaxing stay! Very clean, well stocked kitchen, great size tv, extra blankets, good outdoor furniture! Small 2nd bathroom shower.

The front deck, comfortable furniture on it, and great view are enough to make me give this five stars, but the inside living area is great, too! Kitchen has anything you could need. The hosts were quick to get check in info to me even though I booked at the last minute. It takes a one minute to get to the beach, and it’s a perfect beach spot to watch the sunset. Also very dog friendly. I loved that hot water outdoor shower to rinse the sand off in a little bit chilly weather! Highly recommend!

Perfect Getaway

This house is perfect for a fun beach getaway. The kitchen is nice and fully stocked including kids plates and cups which my kids loved, the beds were so comfortable, and the swings and hammock downstairs were one of our favorite spots. The house is a super quick walk to the beach and you can even see it from the balcony with your morning coffee. We can’t wait to come back!

Awesome place!

This is our 2nd yr renting this house, and we love it!! House is wonderful! Kitchen is amazing! Love that the outside shower has hot and cold water. Great view of beach from the front porch. Very close walk to beach!

Great place!!!

We loved our time at this place. Very clean, great location and accept dogs. Love this place. Our 12 and 15 teen boys had a great time. We grilled every night, the grill could use new grill grates. We walked the 1 minute walk to the beach with our dog everyday. We had a great time!!!

Cleanest place.

Very pleased with our stay. 5th trip to gulf shores area and this was the cleanest house yet!! Very very close to the beach and quiet neighborhood. Beds comfortable. Tall people did not like little shower so used the one in master bath. Thanks!

Definitely would rent again and recommend this property. The pictures are deceiving in a good way. It was so much nicer. The walk to the beach was closer than appeared in the pics. The Hendersons were so nice. Thank you so much!!!

Great house in a prefect location.

This place was very nice and clean. It was well stocked with everything that was needed for cooking. The location is prefect and you can view the gulf from the deck and listen to the waves, or sit under the house in the swings. This place has more than enough room to spread out with your family. Anytime I had a question, Jenn was fast to respond and very pleasant to deal with. We will definitely plan to book on our next trip. Thanks again.

Fort Morgan Vacay

The house was just perfect for 6 adults. Location was great and just quick walk to the beach. It’s on a dead end road so not a lot of people. The house is fully stocked with variety of pans, new appliances, and new queen bunk. The AC was also very good. House was nice and cool. The host was excellent and very responsive to our questions and needs. Overall, we were very happy with the house and would recommend staying here.

Exactly What We Needed!

Great home in a quiet area of Fort Morgan away from the crowds. The house was clean and very comfortable. The beach was a short walk and our dogs enjoyed their first visit to the coast! The owner was extremely helpful, flexible when having to change the dates, and responded quickly to each email. Even posting on some Facebook boards to provide answers to our questions. We will not hesitate to return.
