Summary:
Fantastic 5 BR home on the mountain, pet friendly, hot tub.
The Space:
This fantastic house sits on top of a knoll which provides unobstructed views of the surrounding majestic peaks. It is truly breathtaking! The south facing, fully furnished deck and hot tub provide ample opportunity for outdoor relaxation year round. A gas grill is available for use. One dog is allowed. You can use the First Tracks free shuttle service which offers free transport from the house to the base area and back. It is an on-demand service. Otherwise, you can walk to the end of Whetstone Rd to Columbine Condos, don your skis and take off down warming house hill.
Upon entry, you'll be thrilled by the interior roominess, natural light and open feel of the living area. The spacious kitchen has high-end appliances, including an oversized refrigerator and freezer complete with a digital display and ice/water dispenser. A double oven, Frigidaire range with hood vent, farm-style sink, and large counter top space will make cooking in this kitchen a pleasure. There is a pantry and separate laundry room with washer and dryer behind the kitchen. A storage room for ski gear and bikes is also accessible from the rear entrance of the house adjacent to the kitchen. One bedroom with a queen bed is located off of the kitchen with a private door to a shared full bathroom that has beautiful natural stone tile throughout. The main dining table has seating for 6 and with 4 barstools nearby at the kitchen island for additional seating. There is also a separate bar height table in the living space for more dining or games. The new couches and chairs in this area provide ample seating for relaxing or watching TV. There is a full size shuffle board game in the living room as well.
There is a cozy den to the left of the front entrance. This inviting room has a sectional sofa, a stone gas fireplace and a large smart TV.
Upstairs, you'll find a large primary suite with a king bed and a single day bed with twin trundle. Windows provide plenty of light and expansive views of the area. An ensuite primary bath complete with an oversized, walk through style travertine shower, free standing soaking tub, walk in closet, double sinks and in floor heat make this master bath extra delightful after a day in the mountains. There are three more bedrooms on the second floor. Two, one with a queen and the other with a twin over full bunk, can be adjoining by opening the barn door sliding door in between. The third, in the back of the house, has a king bed. These three rooms share a large full bathroom complete with a bath tub.
New laminate style wood flooring, stylish light fixtures, upscale furnishings and high end finishes all come together to make this vacation property truly luxurious. See for yourself!
Four Wheel Drive Vehicle Necessary in Winter months!! There is outdoor parking for 4 vehicles. Parking is allowed up at the house ONLY. Not in the lot below the house.
All of our properties have a 5 night minimum for the main summer of 6/26-8/8/2026 until 1/1/2026 at which point our minimum night stays will be reduced to 3 nights.
The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.
This is a pet friendly property. You are welcome to bring one dog and will be charged a separate pet fee at the time of booking. This property does allow 1 well behaved dog, no additional dogs are allowed. A fee for any excessive damage caused by your pet may be assessed on a case by case basis.
Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you. If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email.
