The place was located right down the street from where the concert was at. Cute place, better than a hotel, parking right outside the place.

Good rental option on the city’s north side

We enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean, check in was easy, property manager was a good communicator and the location is solid. Would stay again.

Belmont House was amazing!

Blaise was great, easy to communicate with, extremely clean place, walking distance to cvs/giordanos/bars short Uber to the bean/john Hancock just a really great experience will do it again.

Nice locations for Wrigley

Overall a nice location. Was about a 20 minute walk to Wrigley. Lots of good eating establishments. Neighborhood was nice. Easy walk to brown line train station. Inside was clean. Shower fan is really loud. Great place to stay for a short time in Chicago.

In spite of the extreme cold and storm at Christmas, we had a great time visiting family. This place was in walking distance to our son’s home, allowing y if s to have a great family Christmas!

Wrigley Field

Safe neighborhood, great access to restaurants. Great walk to Wrigley Field. Easy to orient around the area. The house was perfect, had all the needed amenities and more. Clean and mostly quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, Convenient Place to Stay in Chicago

This property was well maintained, clean and nicely furnished. The unit is on a busy street, but there is very little street noise in the unit, and none in the bedrooms. Blaise was very responsive and helpful with all our communications. The beds were comfortable, but I would add that one of the bedrooms is quite cramped having 2 queen beds in it. The unit is conveniently located for buses and the El, and the neighborhood has a number of restaurants and a nice grocery store within walking distance.

Terrible/dont book

Do not book this place. I did not get check in information at all. They did not respond to my texts, phone calls or Vrbo messages asking for the information needed to check in. I have since contacted Vrbo and should get a refund. This property manager did speak with me months ago, and offered me a parking spot if I paid by Venmo, that was a huge mistake on my part and I should have known that was a red flag. I had to scramble last minute with my family (young kids) to locate lodging last minute thanks to this joke of a vrbo

We booked the property for a concert at Wrigley . The location was wonderful - Close to shopoing restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed the back yard and deck. Would definitely stay again!

A Place to Sleep

Received no communication on how to enter the property so I had to reach out to the owner. The listed owner isn't the owner...? Or the property's manager changed...? Either way I got no response via the app so I called and the person that answered said they had to call someone else. Eventually I got a response and got in. Once in there was only 1 roll of toilet paper and the property is listed for 6 people, somewhat frustrating. The house has signs for no smoking, but clearly people have smoked in it as it had a smell of half smoke and half cleaner. 3 stars for the location and being a place to sleep but not many advantages beyond that.

Good stay at Belmont House

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Teresa was extremely helpful — made check-in easy, gave us all the information we needed, and was always very responsive when I had questions. The apartment was well located for us - a 20 minute walk to Wrigley Field and a 7 minute walk to the Brown Line station. Definitely recommend this place.

Spacious and Convenient

Roomy and well-appointed condo just off the busy Southport Corridor area. Nice bathroom and spa tub, towels and glasses/plates in the kitchen with anything you might need during a short (or long) stay. About a 7-min walk to the Brown Line and 15-min walk to the Red Line and all that the surrounding neighborhoods have to offer. Property manager Blaise was easy to work with and very responsive - would definitely stay here again for another fun neighborhood experience.

Perfect location to Wrigley, no car needed

15-20 min walk through some nice neighborhoods to Wrigley, plenty of places to eat at, whole foods down the street, super comfy beds for crickety backs, super cold AC, great decor!!! And finally great hostess. Go Phillies!!

Nice place to stay

Very nice house,plenty to do in walking distance.we took a cab to Wrigley but you can walk.I would recommend this house to anyone.
