You will love my cozy little pad! Newly renovated and recently furnished! The pool is great year around with access to a gym too. There are views of the ocean from the complex. Five minute drive to Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa Lido Marina and Balboa. Seconds away from Pacific Coast Highway where there are lots of fun restaurants, bars and boutiques. Uber or Lyft for $5 almost anywhere you want to be!

The space
It's been furnished as if it were for me. That's probably the main difference because I put a lot of time in effort making sure I like everything about the set up. It's located on a hill so you have ocean views on the premises and a cool breeze yet you are minutes to the peninsula!

I love that fact that I am centered right in between Triangle Square in Costa Mesa and Balboa Peninsula. It is so convenient to walk or take a cab anywhere.


The area is quiet and safe. It is a sought after condo complex because of it's location.
