- 1 space in the garage (small vehicles only, due to garage dimensions) NO PARKING BEHIND THE GARAGE.
- General free street parking in the area can also be utilized provided all on-site parking is being used.
LOCATION:
Just steps from the area's best beachfront, there is great surfing and lots of sea life on the nearby jetties. An easy stroll or bike ride to restaurants and shopping with fishing, boating and bike rental also within walking distance. Tennis, racquet ball and basketball courts nearby; 3 parks within walking distance. Easy day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventures, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, and more! World class shopping at Lido Marina Village, Fashion Island, and South Coast Plaza only 10-15 minutes away! NOTE: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.
