Spent a week here with our son and his family. This is a lovely, very spacious rental in a prime location, steps from shops and restaurants and the beach, not to mention Handel’s ice cream and The Goods donuts! The private two car garage is such a plus in this popular area, and Kimmy is super responsive, so quick to reply whenever I had a question! Highly recommend, we hope to be back!

Perfect stay for our family with 4 kids (2-7 years) and in laws. Condo was clean, a 5 minute walk to the beach, and equipped with all beach necessities-wagon, chairs, toys, towels. Toys, games, high chair, pack and play made it perfect for younger kids. Communication was quick and easy. Could not ask for a better stay and will absolutely stay again if we travel to the area!

There were enough room for everyone in our group. We used all 4 bedrooms and enjoyed the spaces available inside and outside. We could park the two cars that the 6 adults and 2 toddlers drove to the condo. The ocean view was visible from the upstairs bedroom. Some walked to the beach twice on our stay. A few enjoyed the closeness to the Cafe to get coffee in the morning. The host was available to answer all of our questions. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to come to Carlsbad for stay. Very close to Legoland and also to Oceanside to go whale watching.

Great location!

This rental worked very well for us. It’s a great location for walks to the beach, shopping or restaurants. All was clean, well stocked and in good working order. It was just the two of us but the home is huge and seems well suited families. Would consider staying again on our next trip to Carlsbad.

We have stayed in Carlsbad on a regular basis over the years and the spot of this VRBO is highly desirable. Home was wonderful and perfect for our family. Only negative is we had no functioning dishwasher for the 6 day stay.

We were very comfortable and so happy with condo. It is well maintained and very clean. The location is fantastic and the area was very quiet especially for being in the heart of the village. We had everything we needed and Kimmy was so great to work with. Can’t wait to stay again!

Hi! We’ve lived in Carlsbad for 30 years, and if you’ve never visited before… you’re going to fall in love with it! My husband and I stay active and love pickleball and everything the coastal lifestyle has to offer. We cherish the beach, love walks in the Village, and the sense of community here. There’s always something to enjoy—biking, walking, running, surfing, swimming, or building sandcastles with family. We each have our own interests, and plenty we enjoy together, which is part of what makes living here so special

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Our roots in California go back to the 1950s, and after all these years we truly believe Carlsbad—especially Carlsbad Village—is the most charming beach town on the entire coastline. The year-round weather, the easy access to the ocean, miles of soft sandy beaches, great surfing, and the incredible variety of shops and restaurants make it a place that’s hard to match. It has everything we ever hoped for in a coastal community, and we absolutely love calling it home.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes our property truly unique is the rare combination of location, convenience, and luxury. We’re situated in the heart of Carlsbad Village just one short block from the main Village area with dozens of restaurants and shops, and a little over a block from the beach you see in our photos. This is where the upper and lower oceanfront boardwalks begin, and where you’ll find an access ramp, beach restrooms, and a staffed lifeguard tower in summer.

This residence is one of the nicest condos in Carlsbad, offering the quality of a five-star luxury hotel. With 3,000 square feet of living space, a gourmet chef’s kitchen, a secure private two-car garage, and an ocean-facing primary suite with its own rooftop deck peeking at the Pacific and Carlsbad Village> The home delivers comfort and elegance throughout.

And best of all, you can walk everywhere. The location makes it easy to come and go from the beach and Village all day -whether you’re exploring together or doing your own thing. Everything you want from a coastal vacation is right outside your door.
