Welcome to the cozy Rockport, Texas home, Sand Piper. The perfect place to relax with family or friends, and even your special fur ball friends are welcome to lounge around and have their vacation too. 2 dogs Max 25 lbs. weight limit. This three bedroom, two bath home is set with cozy balconies and is a great place to enjoy coastal vibes.

Furnished comfortably, lay back, relax as you take in the coastal breeze, and enjoy the beautiful Texas sunsets and sunrise. With pristine water views, you will feel like you are in paradise. Fire up the charcoal grill with the fresh catch of the day for a delicious meal.

Retreat inside the Sand Piper for coastal living. Sink into the cozy living room furnishings and watch your favorite Netflix show on the Smart TV. Grab a quick snack from the fully equipped kitchen, where you can find stainless steel appliances and cookware. When ready for a good night’s sleep, snuggle into fresh linens and fluffy pillows.

This home is just minutes away from all the fun that Rockport-Fulton offers, such as excellent fishing, sailing, birding, shopping, art activities, sightseeing via boat or land, museums, festivals, and more! You can spend a day shopping in the Historic Downtown Rockport offering an exciting collection of shops and restaurants. You don't want to miss the Rockport-Fulton Market Days, a festival that has been going on for over 3 years. They have excellent vendors in the coastal bend area every 3rd weekend of every month.

House and kitchen were well stocked. Unit was clean when we arrived. Very pet-friendly with a nice fenced yard and grass in parts. The deck areas had ample seating and the different levels provided a variety of shady and breezy spots.

Nice Place

This was a nice place. Very good views of the bay (especially from the top deck). The house was clean and worked well for our needs. The neighborhood was quiet, so it was relaxing to sit outside in the evenings and not have to put up with noisy neighbors.

Everything was great but the view of the bay!

Stay was great. Loved the layout. Looks like a few homes and 5 story condo building just recently built is now blocking the view of the bay!

Very beautiful home , very easy to check into.I love the decks all 3 of them. The very top one you could see part of the water in between a new property that's being built unfortunately. But you did get a view, you got the sunset view from the back up on the 3rd deck. It was very beautiful, peaceful, no issues . The property was very clean, well maintained.
