Sunset is an All-Wood spacious 3,000 sqft (3/5 + loft) Cabin. Centrally located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge "close to everything." These are our personal family cabins and rest assured you are dealing directly with the owners. We are a call or text away, which is not always the case with 2nd and 3rd party Rental/Management companies. Sunset is one of 5 family owned cabins we've built on the mountain and have decided to share on the rental market for all to enjoy. Based on our own rental experiences, we’ve included all the best things we liked in other cabins and designed Sunset to be the kind of mountain getaway most people envision when thinking of the Smokey Mountains. The Cabin is located in the most sought after area for Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge known as: Chalet Village North on Ski Mountain which is a 10 minute drive down the mountain to center of town. With a 1/2 acre of land you’ll enjoy the space without feeling isolated from civilization. The cabin is up on the mountain and nestled in gradual wooded slopes, which is very important if you have little ones or just want to go on a nature walk. The cabin has an easy access paved driveway with ample parking for up to 4 cars. Sunset is a 3 story, ALL WOOD, cabin with all bedrooms set up to accommodate adult couples, 3 full bathrooms (2 ensuite and 1 adjacent) plus two half baths, a large loft, large and fully equipped kitchen and dining area, impressive great room with vaulted ceiling, fabulous 2000 sqft covered decks you will enjoy year round; you’ll love having your morning coffee or end of the day glass of wine out on this deck. All new appliances black/stainless, central AC/Heat, a hard to find Wood Burning fire place (propane and electric just doesn't compare), full size washer/dryer and dishwasher. The private hot tub just off the lower deck (this was intentional and you’ll appreciate not having the motor reverberate throughout the cabin at night). All bedrooms are spacious and have king beds (there will be no arguments over who gets the best bedroom because they're all great). There are two bunk beds in the loft for up to 4 kids and teens. There is also a pool table on the lower level. There are 5 smart TVs in the bedrooms and above the fire place. And of course you’ll be able to stay connected via a complimentary WiFi signal (hopefully you won't be working too much while on vacation). There is also an out door "Pilot Rock" park style charcoal grill if you desire to grill out side. There are numerous restaurants in the area and Uber drivers are normally available if you prefer not to drive. Or if you prefer to stay in and utilize the fully equipped kitchen, you can pick up groceries in town. Our guests have access to all three club houses and swimming pools located in Chalet Village (see next to last picture).
