The house was comfortable for us. Most of it has been renovated, but the main en suite could use some work. The location was good for us as it was close to my son’s house.

Overall the property was great only disappointment was the showers the water pressure was terrible took 15 min to have a decent shower the valves were very hard to turn and the shower head was not adjustable unless that gets changed we won’t be back but very nice place other than that. Thank ypu

Best experience ever

I enjoyed my stay so much. Access to the residence was very quick and easy. It was very clean and spacious. The beds were very soft and comfortable. My son loved the backyard space and the games. The home has access to WiFi and streaming sites like Netflix, YouTube, etc. The kitchen was fully equipped and it includes a nice laundry room. Best place I’ve stayed in. The host was very nice, communicative and quick with responses. Great location and a nice neighborhood. Community center nearby with large playground and basketball courts. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Unsafe neighborhood and rude owners

The house overall is clean but is in an unsafe neighborhood in Lake Worth. My daughter saw a cat get run over and heard a boy yell an inappropriate word. The fixtures inside were cheap and things like doorknobs were already broken. After our stay the owners requested an additional fee for ruined sheets and towels. They said they were pet friendly and we had two dogs so of course there would be dog hair and dirt. But of course we did not ruin sheets or towels. They said there was a blue stain in the shower but it was already there. The food delivery person said it was an unsafe neighborhood. We will never be staying here again.

Hi there Nicole, we are having a hard time understanding this review. We were nothing but kind and accommodating to each of your needs. Including coming up at 9pm on the day of your check in to “check the property for you”. As you know and everyone who books with us knows we are pet friendly and love pets, but ask that they are not on the furniture. Your pets were all over all of the furniture and destroyed the sheets, comforters, towels, and more with very bad stains. This was the first time that we have ever been forced by policy to charge a securty deposit. Also, the door knobs were broken during your stay that were proven with photos from our clean team taken just before your check in as well as right after your check out. As for the safety of the neighborhood. We receive weekly crime reports that have little to no crime reported. The neighborhood of filled with families with young children and it's a very safe place. As seen in our many other reviews we provide a clean, safe, and comfortable stay to all of our guests. The food delivery man also never said anything about the area being unsafe and provided you great service. We understand that you told us that your friends offer you a place to stay and that's why you requested a refund and wanted to leave. Which we even were willing to make an exception for you and allow you to cancel your stay on the same day, which you ultimately did not do. The furniture and furnishings are also not of low quality and were designed by a professional. Saying all of these things was very unnecessary, but we are very sorry you feel this way.

Clean, Safe, and Comfortable. Everything you need at your fingertips!

This is my first VRBO, I was nervous about cleanliness and feeling like I was staying in someone else’s home. I was also worried about questions or issues, and how the host would respond. NONE of those things were an issue. The 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom home was clean, safe, and had everything I needed ready to go! The host responded within minutes with questions. The house itself felt homey, yet still had the hotel resort feel, definitely NOT like I was staying in someone else’s home. The backyard was perfect for the dog, the neighborhood was full of families,( directly behind is an elementary school). This is not in a HOA gated community so if you expect a uniform exact copy of the same house type of neighborhood, little to no one outside, and with a gate at the entrance this is NOT for you. The neighbors were friendly but not intrusive. It was a busy place but that DID NOT mean it wasn’t safe! It was also quiet at night, no strange people driving or walking around. It is located extremely convenient to everything. The house was very clean, including the linens and towels. The two full bathrooms were key for our family of 5. There are 3 full bedrooms, one with a mounted tv. The smallest room had two twin beds (not daybed as shown) perfect for kids. The family room has a nice tv set up. It has linens, pots, spices, hair dryers, comfortable beds, all toiletries, dishes, and so much more!! No bugs inside, and it stayed cool enough with ac. We will be back!!

Well-Thought Out Rental - Good for families with small kids

The space was as advertised and was really impressed with just how clean it was upon arrival. The space is really well thought out and the hosts include a lot of comfort amenities (towels, linens, toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, bath wash--just throw in some shower caps and it would be just like a hotel), even for small children like a play yard, high chair, etc. The hosts themselves are incredibly responsive, which was a breath of fresh air. Any issues that came up were promptly addressed.
