We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautifully updated and decorated. It was a peaceful setting, but close to North Conway and lots of great hiking. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great and the house was very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy with questions we had prior to our stay. All other questions we would have had were clearly listed out in the checkin/greeting email. Convenient location and the river was lovely for floating. No complaints and our boys want to come back next year!

Fantastic beautifully remodeled home right on the river. More than enough room for a family of five (two adults and three children). Quiet neighborhood with a 10 minute drive to the main stretch of North Conway. We traveled from Florida (first time in New Hampshire) so did not have any idea of the area and the host was very helpful with any inquiries and/or recommendations for things to do. The home was also equipped with a back up generator for any outages that occured during the frigid temps during out stay.House was stocked with basic necessasities and was within a few minutes ride to a nearby Walmart for anything we needed.Would hightly recommend this home and host. They made our Winter family trip one to remember. We would love to try coming during spring or summer so we could utilize the river.

Great conway get away

We spent a great winter vacation in Steven's house. The house was imaculate, had everything we needed and the location is great, whithin very reasonable distance from several ski areas, close to N.Conway and all it's attractions and near groceries/restaurants.

Fabulous!

Me and my family stayed here for our elopement in North Conway. We loved the clean cozy vibe of the rental! The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor deck was wonderful! We will definitely come back here to stay again!

Great Location

The home was as advertised and close to fun outdoor activities. There was all the items necessary to cook a nice meal. Plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy the view of the Saco and have a morning cup of coffee. The house was perfect for this last trip with family.

Great stay!

This house was perfect for our group of 5. We make this trip every year and this is by far the best house we have rented. The house had everything we needed and the access to the river was amazing. Steven was very informative and quick to respond when we had a question. We will be back next year!

Owners were very responsive. The home was clean and tidy. Right on the Saco, made for excellent morning coffee. Close to everything yet out of the line of all traffic. I would definitely recommend renting this property.

Lovely Girls Getaway

A wonderful place for a getaway with some girl friends! The house is beautifully updated and we loved having the river access right out back. (not to mention the central AC as it was almost 100 degrees out during our stay!!) Great location to get to so many places in the North Conway area. Property owner was very responsive and helpful! Would highly recommend this lovely rental!!

Girls weekend

Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to enjoy the river like we had hoped. Although we were able to enjoy the house, back deck and fire pit for a fun girls weekend away. We were sad to learn that the beach across the river pictured in the listing is private and not available for use. Location is wonderful, situated in a quiet neighborhood.

Great Stay!

We had two families go, 4 adults and 4 children. Owner was very easy to communicate with both prior to the trip and during when we had a question. The place was very clean and updated with beautiful finishings. The deck off the back of the house was a wonderful way to start our day. Loved having access to the Saco to just hang out in the river. The bedrooms were good sized and the master bath was set up great. It had a bench right when you walked in that acted like a little changing room. Beds were very comfortable too! We would recommend staying at this property. You won't be disappointed!!

What A Place for Relaxation!

Everything from the property to the tasteful treatments in the house truly offered a idyllic environment for a pleasant weekend! The hosts did a fantastic job remodeling this property and minded all of the staples of a cabin getaway, the house has everything you need and it’s brought to with character! And did I say fireplace??…the calming experience is no hassle and turns on with the turn of a timer dial…nice touch! Outside of the house there is a large wrap-around deck where you can gather with river views and hangout or eat a meal, and if you want to get a bit closer to the river, there are stairs to decks down toward the Saco. Will certainly be returning to this little gem nestled in the White Mountains.

Right on the river!

This property was perfection! Beautiful, clean and perfectly located for our river tubing trip! We were a group of 6, and slept very comfortably! We had a problem our first night with the thermostat going into sleep mode and setting the temp to 75° (which is hard to sleep in for us). We figured it out quickly and were able to set it to 68 for the next night, no problem. Great location (basically across from Saco Bound). We want to make this a yearly trip and definitely consider rebooking! Thank you so much for having us.

Perfect Location

This place was gorgeous, clean and couldn’t be a better location if you like to tube the Saco River. We already plan on going back again. The kitchen had everything you need, but we wished we had more shower towels because there were 8 of us. Although the pictures have the beach across from the property in them, you can’t actually use the beach, it’s private property. It’s actually why we chose the house, but it honestly didn’t end up being a big deal. The river was plenty shallow enough for us to hang out right in the pristine water next to it. The area is very quiet and no one disturbed us. We really can’t get over the house itself, it’s just gorgeous. It looks like something Joanna Gaines decorated. The owner was excellent at communicating and got back to me within minutes every time I sent him a message before and during the trip. Can’t wait for next year.

Wonderful Weekend

Hosts have created the perfect spot for fun and relaxation. Location is perfect, home is beautiful, with renovations and amenities being spot-on, and everything about the property is welcoming. Despite our love for travel, there's something about the White Mountains of New Hampshire that truly feels like home. It’s why we decided to purchase our first short-term rental here. We wanted to share this beautiful area with others while creating a peaceful and memorable getaway.

Alongside being a host, I also work as a property manager, helping other hosts maximize their revenue and manage their properties effectively. This allows me to ensure that every guest has the best possible experience during their stay.
