Spread out across two spacious levels, Sunshine was designed for comfort, connection, and coastal living.

Main Floor:
Open-concept living area bathed in natural light from tall windows and double glass doors
Cozy seating area and a large dining table perfect for sharing meals or late-night board games
Well-equipped kitchen for everything from pancake breakfasts to sunset charcuterie boards
King bedroom and a fun bunk room with two twin-over-full bunk beds — ideal for kids or extra guests
Full bath and a sleeper sofa for added flexibility

Second Floor:
Three inviting king bedrooms — one with a private bath and two with balcony access
An additional full hall bath for shared convenience

Outdoor Living:
Relax on the decks in classic Adirondack chairs or gather around the table for an outdoor meal
Rinse off the sand in the private outdoor shower and enjoy a casual picnic at the full-size table below
