This house definitely is unique. This is the first time we rented a house with an attached apartment for the in laws, and we LOVED it ! The house is gorgeous, convenient to the beach, pool and bay for fishing. The furnishings are very tasteful and comfortable, the bedrooms are not all crowded up, you actually can move, and the apartment is a whole other house by itself with a full sized, fully stocked kitchen, private bedroom with Jacuzzi bath, the in laws loved being with the grandkids, but they also loved the privacy and peace and quiet of their own space.
The 4 bedroom side has a wonderful kitchen, living and dining area that is open and spacious. the walk to the beach is maybe 100 yards, the pool is right next door, it has decks to take in all the views and relax or eat. There is a grilling area under the house with seating to sit and chat while enjoying the Gulf breeze and cooking.
I cannot say enough good things about this home, except that we will definitely be back, hopefully sooner than later. The description by the owner doesn't do it justice !
