Great Quiet Getaway

This house was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The pool and hot tub were very clean and the yard was fenced on both sides so there was privacy and peace and quiet while relaxing at pool. Owners were great with quick communication. Kitchen was clean with updated appliances and stocked with anything you may need. We will be back for sure next vacation!!

Why are you still looking? Stay here!

I cannot say enough good things about this property, and Terry the owner. Enough room for two families (six beds) contemporary furnishings, modern kitchen complete with all amenities, and wow, that heated pool and hot tub! Nice quiet neighborhood, owner very responsive to all your needs, and scan codes throughout the house to help you. We could only stay three nights, next time it will be three weeks!

Third time at this villa

We've visited Florida about 12 times now and have stayed at this villa the last 3 times, wish we'd found it earlier.Super villa in an excellent location, very easy access to all types of shopping and easy access to parks and attractions.In a quiet area and very good privacy.We'll be booking our fourth stay as soon as we can.Host is superb with all the information easily explained and is very hospitable.Thanks again Terry

President's Day Trip

This lovely home is located in an older housing community. We were pleasantly surprised when we drove up to the home. It is well kept up and catches your attention when you see it! When we entered the home, everything was clean and it instantly felt like "home". The layout was awesome! Pool area was so cute!! A smaller pool with a hot tub. Cute eating area and the view out the back was beautiful! We got to watch squirrels, bunnies, and lots of birds, especially cardinals.My favorite part of the home was the shower in the master bath!! I think out of all the homes we've rented in FLA, this was my favorite shower!!! If you are looking for a home for your next Central FLA vacation, my husband & I highly suggest you check this one out!!

Wonderful Stay!!

Fantastic long weekend stay (4 nights) at a well appointed house. Everything was comfortable and I love how Terry has gone above and beyond to create QR codes around the house to let you know how things work. Overall, it checked all the boxes for us and everything worked as it should! Very quiet and backs up to a nature preserve where we got to witness a ton of wildlife. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house

Great house! Really nice right by the forest, saw some really cool wildlife(armadillon) and calm and quite. Close to shopping (walking distance to walmart)

Great Location

Property was very beautiful. Great location, about 20 mins from disney and half hour from universal. Down the road from walmart and gas stations! My son uses a wheelchair and it was great for him. He was able to go anywhere in the house, even out back on the pool deck! Would recommend a hand held shower head for easier use. Overall a great house. Will be staying here again.

Short stay

My family had a great two night stay. Terry was very helpful and available at all times of the day. We lost power one night but Terry was able to communicate how to restore it. My boys loved swimming in the pool and hot tub. Location was excellent and close to everything.

Very Clean, Well stocked home

Our stay was great. Had everything we needed. Hurricane Milton put a wrench in things but, the owner and property manager were easily accessible and helpful with questions. All instructions are very straight forward, easy to follow, and very reasonable.

Fabulous Villa in quiet residential location

A perfect villa for our stay with friends. We all enjoyed the fabulous showers and made good use of the well equipped kitchen, there's even a great coffee machine. The pool and outdoor seating area is wonderful. Book this property if you're a nature lover as it backs onto Shingle Creek nature reserve.

Very nice place to stay!

We loved the villa and the pool. Everything you need is available. Villa was spacious and clean. Would highly recommend to stay here! Neighborhood is quiet and the backyard is very private. Every morning you can watch the squirrels running around. Terry is very friendly and helpful. Absolutely would love to come back here whenever we travel to Orlando again!

Great short stay

Myself and my wife stayed for several days. We would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay in the Orlando area. It was well located to the theme parks in a peaceful neighbourhood and it was nice to have a private pool area to relax in on the hot days.

Wonderful place with a secluded backyard

I highly recommend to stay here! The villa is very clean and convenient, we felt very welcome. The secluded backyard is lovely with the sounds of the wildlife in the evenings and early mornings. Close to parks, stores, restaurants. We didn't even have to use the I4 many times so travel times for us were saved compared to other places we've stayed in Orlando. Terry is great to have contact with and very nice and helpful. This place was just perfect for us!

Family vacation

Had an amazing 4th of July vacation. Pool and hot tub was amazing. House had everything we needed. It was very close to all the parks. We went to disney springs one day. Overall amazing experience.

Sue, my wife and I both run our own businesses: I run and IT support Company, Sue a Commercial Cleaning Company. I also play in a Rock and Roll band and a Latin-Jazz band, we try to spend as much time as wecan enjoying the sun and lifestyle in beautiful Florida.

We purchased this home because of it's proximity to all things Disney, we are a little over 8 miles from downtown disney. We also love the rural setting of home, whilst it is on a small sub-division of around 80 houses it is intensely private with wonderful views over open countryside at the rear of the property. We are short half mile walk from Shingle Creek Park, which is a developing nature reserve full of wild life such as wild deer, hawks, eagles and a vast array of exotic birds.

We love the tranquility of home - we have wonderful neighbours who all live here full time. Thats is one of the attractions of our sub-divsion: very few rental homes, so peace and quiet is ensured at all times.

Each morning when we are here we take a relaxing 3 mile walk around Shingle Creek Park which runs across the back of our home - this is unique in this part of Kissimmee. Depending on guests and circumstances a visit to Disney Workd is required! A short 20 minute drive gets you to the Disney Gate or Downtoen Disney and Islands of Adventure. We a re a short drive from International Drive, the hub of the tourist uiverse. We a re a short drive from Downtown Kissimmee with its modern and stylish bars and restaurants, a little further takes your to St Cloud with its wonderful Lakes and boating charter facilities.
