Location was private and quiet. Close to restaurants and theme parks. The heated pool and hot tub were great. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would use again if we ever go back to Kissimmee.

The host Terry is always available by text or email. He is very responsive and polite. This is our second stay at this beautiful villaThe villa is clean inside and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped to prepare meals. The pool was nice and warm, very clean too!The laundry facilities were very welcome. The check in and out process were seamlessWe would highly recommend this Villa to a couple, family or generational family

The house was great- everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked and all the basics are provided in advance. Terry did a great job of making sure the house is user-friendly with notes and QR codes. The kids especially appreciated the pool and spa- they are heated perfectly. They were even out swimming in cooler temps. 20-30 mins to Disney and Universal.

Property was clean and affordable. Pool area was fantastic. Everything about the property was great but the best part is the owner. We had our own travel problems and Terry helped us out in a way that went over and beyond. Honestly this was the best home rental I have ever done. 10 stars from us!!

Beautiful home!

Beautiful home close to Universal and Disney parks. This house was one of the best parts of our vacation. Easy access, convenient location, and responsive owner. Definitely recommended this property!

Little getaway

Great overall stay at this house. We will gladly return in the future for another stay. Overall communication was great with Terry and everything was easily explained. Great house and pool area. Very quiet area as well.

We had a wonderful stay, the house is very comfortable, and is furnished with everything you need for a great visit. We didn’t use the golf clubs or bikes, but they were available if we needed them. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was very relaxing and private. Terry checked in with us throughout our trip to make sure everything was ok, excellent and fast communication. The house was very clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and host to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Great Quiet Getaway

This house was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The pool and hot tub were very clean and the yard was fenced on both sides so there was privacy and peace and quiet while relaxing at pool. Owners were great with quick communication. Kitchen was clean with updated appliances and stocked with anything you may need. We will be back for sure next vacation!!

Sue, my wife and I both run our own businesses: I run and IT support Company, Sue a Commercial Cleaning Company. I also play in a Rock and Roll band and a Latin-Jazz band, we try to spend as much time as wecan enjoying the sun and lifestyle in beautiful Florida.

We purchased this home because of it's proximity to all things Disney, we are a little over 8 miles from downtown disney. We also love the rural setting of home, whilst it is on a small sub-division of around 80 houses it is intensely private with wonderful views over open countryside at the rear of the property. We are short half mile walk from Shingle Creek Park, which is a developing nature reserve full of wild life such as wild deer, hawks, eagles and a vast array of exotic birds.

We love the tranquility of home - we have wonderful neighbours who all live here full time. Thats is one of the attractions of our sub-divsion: very few rental homes, so peace and quiet is ensured at all times.

Each morning when we are here we take a relaxing 3 mile walk around Shingle Creek Park which runs across the back of our home - this is unique in this part of Kissimmee. Depending on guests and circumstances a visit to Disney Workd is required! A short 20 minute drive gets you to the Disney Gate or Downtoen Disney and Islands of Adventure. We a re a short drive from International Drive, the hub of the tourist uiverse. We a re a short drive from Downtown Kissimmee with its modern and stylish bars and restaurants, a little further takes your to St Cloud with its wonderful Lakes and boating charter facilities.
