When you contacted us about the electrical issue, our team responded promptly and scheduled a licensed professional to assess the situation the following day, which is our standard and appropriate response. At no point were we advised by any professional that the property was unsafe, and no confirmed electrical hazards were identified during or after your stay. We respect your decision to contact emergency services if you felt uneasy, though that action was taken independently and outside of our direction. Regarding the other items mentioned, we wish these concerns had been communicated during your stay so they could have been addressed immediately. Our team is always available to resolve housekeeping or amenity issues as they arise, and we would have gladly corrected anything that fell short of expectations.
