The house was clean. When we arrived, we weren’t sure about the area being safe, but we had no issues and it was quiet. We never saw any people walking around. The shower was nice with a big shower head, good water pressure, and never ran out of hot water. Be sure to turn the air conditioning unit on in the loft at night because it helped cool the house. Kids like the board games. So nice to have laundry soap, shampoo, body soap, trash bags, hand soap, and paper towels already stocked. The stay was great!

We recently stayed at this charming home for nearly six weeks. It is very nicely decorated and has many amenities. Large size capacity washer and dryer were great. The host was extremely communicative. If you wish to visit both Houston and Galveston, this is the perfect "in the middle" place to stay. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great family stay

We stay at the Cheerful home for the weekend. It was roomy and had everything we needed for our weekend. Jason was great in answering questions in a quick time frame. Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting the area with family.

Nice Stay

Excellent communication from host. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean, which are two of my top requirements. Plenty of space to hang out and visit and we had everything we needed.

The home was very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood with good access to the activities we planned (NASA, Kemah, visiting with friends). Jason was an excellent host - responded quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Fun Stay - Great House - Great Location

Wonderfully located near NASA, Kemah Boardwalk, and Galveston. The house was very nice and everything worked for us. Parking is great. Its a great setup for dogs though we did not bring ours. There is a dog door and the yard is big. The neighbors were very nice and greeted us. We would be very glad to stay here again in the future.

Clean and spacious

This property was accurately listed. It was very clean. Minimally stocked but had everything needed to cook. We loved the big island in the kitchen. Easy to access the property and great communication with the manager/owner. We would stay here again if we needed a location in this area.
