Our six-bedroom, 5 1/2 bath exclusive private mountain top villa is ideal for groups of any size and fills the desires of even the most discerning guest. Our villa boasts one of the best Pacific Ocean coastal views in the entire country, featuring spacious living areas, opulent amenities, and deluxe guest rooms. Our enticing living area offers plentiful relaxing areas and lends itself to achieving a fantastic space for get-togethers. Our six bedrooms are spacious while encompassing five en-suite full bathrooms and a wide variety of bed configurations to suit groups of any size. (Please be aware, our king beds convert to two singles and several rooms offer a pullout sofa if necessary.) Several bedrooms boast ocean views and provide private walk-out sliding doors and/or balconies to access the sun decks, pool and patio entertainment areas.

The ocean-view family/great room features comfortable seating, new 85" smart TV, pool table and foosball. This area boasts a large wet bar and is conveniently adjacent to the chandeliered dining room. Our expansive terrace and sparkling pool boast a magnificent ocean view fabulous for large group get-togethers. Our terrace offers plentiful seating, a sun-lounge deck, BBQ area, an infinity edge pool, plentiful outside sitting/dining areas, and jetted jacuzzi. (There is an additional fee to heat the jacuzz. Please ask us about this if you wish.) Perfect for friends/family groups, bachelor/bachelorette groups, destination weddings, yoga groups.

Our gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream with upscale appliances, top-of-the-line equipment and plentiful counter/prep areas, tableware, and cutlery. Don't want to cook and shop? We can recommend fantastic local chef services with highly accredited gourmet reviews. Chef services can be hired for a day or your entire vacation. A perfect holiday to enjoy with your friends and family without the burden of cooking and grocery shopping!

Our private 8-seat in-home cinema is top-notch and is a rarely available feature in a rental at this price point. The in-home cinema boasts eight reclining luxury loungers with full high definition screen (smart TV enabled), and accent lighting with staging on three levels for optimum viewing for all.

Every amenity in our villa has been designed with our guests foremost in mind, lending itself to comfort and extravagant designs and concepts. Quality bedding and linens are provided throughout the estate (as well as pool towels). High-energy air conditioning is available in all rooms of the villa. High-speed internet is provided. The villa is gated with security personnel on-site as well as maintenance personnel and maid service included in your nightly rate.
