This ground-level house offers plenty of parking and an awesome porch for relaxing after fun-filled days in the sun.

This rental does not include a golf cart. Carts are available for rent onsite through Ocean Lakes Golf Cars.

Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are included in the cleaning fee.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day, per vehicle, for passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes and not included in your payment for the rental. Instructions on completing this process will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

There is parking for 2 vehicles at this site. All other vehicles will need to be parked in the onsite overflow lot (daily fee still applies).

All renters are required to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver in lieu of a refundable damage deposit.

Very clean. Loved not having to bring linens and towels. The King bed in the master bedroom was really comfortable. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the house (except to sleep) but when we were there it suited our long weekend away needs just fine.

Needs improvements

The check in process was easy, Melissa the property manager was very accommodating to let us come to the property the day before. When we arrived the property smelled like cigarette smoke which was very unpleasant because the house shows non- smoking in the description. It also had a mold and mildew smell to it so I started looking under cabinets and in drawers and found mold in the utensils drawer and black mold underneath the kitchen and bathroom sinks. We could not stay in the house due to all the mold and cigarette smoke smell. Melissa was very cooperative at giving us a 100% refund on our money which we were very appreciative of and were able to book a different house within the same campground. This house needs a lot of work done before someone rents it. This review is as of Oct 11th 2024.

Great!

It was clean and very cozy! I love the couches in the living room and the beds were cozy! My kids loved this house! We usually travel with other families and stay in the bigger houses but we’d definitely stay here again if it was just our little family!

Mother’s Day Long Weekend Stay

Great place to stay at Oceanlakes - we’ve stayed here 3 times now and it’s always nice. It’s comfortable, clean and nice.

It was okay

I’ve been coming to ocean lakes for years!! This was the first time my name was not on the list to get on so I had to wait. Then an after check in time, I had to text her again to get the code to the house since it was not provided on the email. House is very clean. But the boyfriend busted his tail on the bathmats in the bathroom. This house needs grip mats under asap. It does not come with a golf cart. But once you rent one, the plug in for it is super inconvenient, we had to move our car out to get it and back the golf cart up. Also, the wifi password is so small on the tv. Texted her and took over an hour to respond back and I was almost late to a work call. Overall, the house isn’t the best but not very rental convenient. Details matter!

Clean nice and safe area if you have kids! Outside don’t have a lot of traffic so kids can play outside a lot. Wonderful place over all!

Great house for a party of 4

This house was perfect for me, my wife, and 2 teenage sons. It was very clean when we arrived and I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't there. We did have an issue with the television not working properly so we called Melissa. In less than 5 minutes she was there and had the problem solved. The remote control's batteries were weak and needed to be replaced. Rather than tell us how to solve the problem, she jumps on her golf cart and gets the batteries for us. She went above and beyond to take care of the problem, the only problem we had with the house the entire week. I would definitely recommend this house.

We had a awesome time the house was perfect it was plenty big and air condition works great loved everything about the house, also the grill tank went out the first night we was there I called the number on the frig it was replaced in 30min of me calling it was really a awesome trip we had a great time, I will book agai.

Birthday weekend

The property was nice and very clean and although we only used the refrigerator the appliances appear brand new. We only encountered a few issues one being the absence of our linens. I paid for linens which is included in the cleaning fee but they were not there on arrival. That was rectified immediately with South Strand BUT, when I got the linens they didn't smell fresh, they had a hint of cigarette smoke or something. I did let South Strand know but never heard back. Fortunately, I brought my own linens "just in case". We also had issues with the Roku remotes working only intermittently but I didn't mention that until check out because it wasn't that big of an issue for us since we didn't really watch too much TV. Otherwise, the house itself was really nice. We LOVE OceanLakes and all they have to offer!

Great Time

This was our first time staying at Ocean Lakes and doing the Halloween weekend. We had an incredible time and will recommend it to our friends and family. The rental was amazing and in a great location. We hope to do it again.

Long weekend

The house was in a good location and very comfortable. Could have use a tea pitcher, but other than that had everything I needed to fix meals. Needed more than one trash bag thank goodness I brought more needed for cleaning out fridge. I loved the front porch. It rained two Mornings but I sat on the porch swing and read a book, so relaxing. I looking forward to hopefully staying there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week. We loved the open floor plan in the living area and kitchen. The comfortable swing on the front porch was a popular spot. The house was extremely clean and uncluttered.
