Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

2025 ski trip

The condo is in nice location on 1st floor of building that backs up to winter park river trail. This was really nice access for my 2 dogs. Beds were very comfortable and had fans in the closet to use which was a plus. Needs a few utensils for kitchen. No tongs in kitchen. My only recommendation would be to remove carpet from common area. Had slight smell. My only downfall was the management company. We had missing parking pass and clogged bathtub upon checking in and i notified management company right away and never received communication until 2 days later.i had to call email and chat to get response. Great, spacious 2-bed in a central location

This was a great unit adjacent to the town of Winter Park, and a bus stop to the ski mountain 100 yards away. The beds were comfortable and had a large, spacious great room and a well appointed kitchen. Everything was clean and communication with the management company was easy. In addition, the comparatively small condo complex had a pool. hot tub, and community room with a pool table. I would happily rent this unit again. While we only had 3 people staying there, It could very comfortably accommodate 6.

Thanksgiving ski trip

The property was exactly as listed. It was well appointed and very conveniently located (ground floor and right end of town for accessing the WP ski area). We stayed for a 3 day ski camp and it was super easy to drive to the Bench Lot (free parking) but be warned that it fills up very early! We used the hot tub in the common area (which also has a games room for kids). We booked here because we thought we would bring our dog but ended up leaving him behind. However, the whole condo area seemed very dog friendly. I was worried about being in town rather than at the base of the ski hill but it worked out well, since we could park right outside our unit and it was only 2 miles down the road. Being in town gave access to shops and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Comfy condo in a great location

Overall we had a very nice stay. It is in a great location, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We did have a minor snag with the identity verification part of check-in with Vacasa, but their customer support was very responsive and helped us get checked in in no time.

Great place in Winter Park

The property has all the amenities you are looking for and you can walk to restaurants and shops. Everything about the stay was great except for check-in. The keypad did not work with the code provided and no one from the property manger came to fix the lock. We had to access the back-up key which was at times inconvenient when we split up. Also, why have a ten digit pin? I have friends who own at Trailheas and they use a 4 digit pin that works fine. Not the best way to start the visit, but everything else was great.

Perfect vacation

Property great! manager / communication not so much

The property was great, it was as advertised and exactly what we were looking for, first floor, close to the strip. We had difficultly accessing the condo when we arrived, the 10 digit keypad did not work. When we called in the vacasa operator just repeated the same instructions to us over and over. The keypad kept erroring out. After 1/2 hour they were able to remotely reset it. There were two other lock boxes that presumably held keys, they were supposed to send someone out to come check on the keypad and/or bring us a key, but they couldn’t tell us when they would show up. They never did. Also due to the forecasted storm and uncertainty about travel delays and road closures we reached out on the Wednesday before our stay inquiring about flexibility to potentially shift our dates) set to go Sunday - Tuesday. There was no reply to my message until the Saturday AFTER our trip was over. The hot tub also was not hot, it was more of a warm tub and there must have been a separate remote missing because we couldn’t adjust the volume on the tv with the ones provided. (These last two points we did not attempt to communicate while there).

Great condo, well appointed and comfortable - great location

Just had a great ski vacation with the family. All 7 of us fit comfortably and we had no issues with the fact there is only 2 bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners. Kitchen, dining and living room space easily fit all of us for comfortable evenings of hanging out, playing games (they had several in the condo) and sharing meals. We walked to main street to catch the bus so that we had the option to catch any bus that went by instead of waiting for the red line. It was only a little further to walk. I would recommend walking in shoes and putting on ski boots near the lockers by the gondola since the walk from the bus to the gondola is a bit long for me. Just more comfortable to be walking in shoes and the lockers are super convenient and easy to use. Bus is definitely better than driving and parking -- much easier.

Quick family getaway

This property was wonderful! Pics don’t do it justice. It is very roomy, super comfortable beds with lots of extra bedding. The location is wonderful too. Walking distance to restaurants, park and a 2-5 min drive to lots of other activities and restaurants. We would book again here for sure. Thank you for a fun, memorable family get away.

Great condo with plenty of space

The condo is much larger than the photos depict. It's clean, spacious and has a perfect location. The Master bedroom is right next to the exterior stairs of the condo so it's a little loud in the AM with people coming down the metal steps with ski boots on!

Family friendly condo with great location.

There were only two of us but we could see that it could clearly accommodate five or six. It was bright and clean and very comfortable. We walked everywhere. Plenty of places to eat, Pizza Joint was delish. And Randi's with all TV's for sports was great! And we loved that there was a park just outside the front door, across the parking lot! Kids can skateboard, climb and run freely. It was a great weekend getaway. And the pool and hot tub on site has great hours of operation!! So many great hikes close by, too. We would book again if in the area.

Great place to stay!

The unit was very clean. It was spacious enough for our family of four; plus our lab. Pet friendly. Had plenty of kitchenware. Management was helpful and always available. The only thing that I wish they had was a grill at the unit verses at the clubhouse. Other than that, we had a great stay.
