Great location and fantastic amenities. We loved being able to walk to Hideaway Park for our daughter to sled down the hill. The condo is cozy, clean, and well-appointed. Also, the managing company was always in touch and helped immediately when the fridge went out due to a power outage. I highly recommend this condo and the company that manages it.

Great location & Excellent communication

Easy check-in process with clear directions. Host followed-up after check-in to make sure everything was good. When I had questions, the host was quick to respond. Washer & dryer in the unit were great!As a pet friendly unit, the only negative was left over pet hair from the previous renter on furniture & linens.Overall I would rent from Visit Winter Park again

Great Stay at Trailhead

The condo at Trailhead Lodges was perfect for our ski trip. There were only two of us, but the unit would have still been comfortable with more. We also appreciated the simple and easy check out instructions!We had a slight issue upon arrival (our door code was not working), but the assistance received by phone and via chat were great! And the issue was resolved within 5 minutes, which was much appreciated after a long day of driving.My only suggestions for the unit are minor and with respect to the kitchen: It could use more brown bowls and small plates (in fairness, there were other dishes but they were up really high in the cabinet), and there did not seem to be many food storage containers (there were some, but the lids didn’t match).Overall, we had a fabulous stay and will look to book the unit again when we return! Thank you!

Great location, amenities, bedding comfort and cleanliness fell short.

Location was fabulous, condo was well appointed and nicely decorated. Check in process is with a code and excellent. Both bedding options were very uncomfortable. There were several cleanliness issues from dirty pots/pans in cabinet, dirty coffee pot, and other minor concerns that added up. Detailed email with photos sent to property manager.

Family Snowy Fun

We loved staying in this amazing in town condo. It was a perfect fit for my family of four. We had the best weekend watching football, skiing in epic powder, walking to nearby restaurants, sledding down hills nearby, and the amazing coziness of the condo was the best.

This condo was fabulous.

We really enjoyed this condo. The ease of use to access the property was outstanding and the huge benefit was that it was on the lower level so no stairs. The condo was right next to the clubhouse and pool.

Great vacation home

This is the second time we have stayed here and we love it. Very clean condo on the main level that has all the amenities needed for a week long vacation. Within walking distance to downtown and a sort drive to the base of winter park and Mary jane. Easy check in/out and easy to get ahold of property manager. Highly recommend!

The unit was very close to several restaurants and Epic ski rental. Room was nice. Everything was good. The club hot tub was not working one night but no other complaints.

We had a super stay in Winter Park with quick access to skiing and walking distance to great dining. The condo is comfortable and fully equipped. Clear communications before and during our stay helped make it easy. Thank you!

Great Condo

Everything is great at this condo. I do wish the bathroom exhaust fan would turn off though. It was on some auto mechanism that had it running 99% of the time. Also, please get come new cooktop cookware.
