With high-end amenities, and professionally decorated you’ll feel at home after a day of skiing, hiking or walking home from one the many summer events at the Rendezvous Event Center. This is a pet friendly one-bedroom condo and features a large primary suite with a King bed and 42” smart tv!

Trailhead Lodges is conveniently located downtown Winter Park, just across from the Rendezvous Event Center which hosts world-class music festivals all summer long, including the Winter Park Jazz Festival and many more. This second-floor unit is located across from the clubhouse which features BBQ grills, shared outdoor hot tub and heated swimming pool and an expansive clubhouse with pool table, kitchen, sitting area, workout room, and many more amenities. This unit also has a private balcony, fully stocked kitchen, high-end appliances, and a gas fireplace.

Note: This home is suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids 12 years and younger only. The two twin beds are for children, not adults.

Quiet hours 10:00 pm till 7:00 am
Parking for ONE car only
Rv's and trailers are prohibited from parking at this site during holiday and music festival weekends.
