Perfect in town location

Nice place. Manager made sure we had all of the info we needed coming in and had some nice welcome info and snacks waiting for us. Would definitely use again for next WP trip.

Very comfortable and great location!

We loved the convenience of the location and walkability to downtown Winter Park. The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a weekend stay!

Great romantic getaway

The condo was absolutely perfect for our romantic getaway and 4 days of Blues music. The condo was comfy, and accomodations were perfect.

FABULOUS ACCOMMODATIONS

This was a great place: very clean, well stocked with necessities, great location, place to lock bikes, easy parking, well explained entry and departure instructions. Nothing to improve on...we'll absolutely stay here again.

Amazing ski rental

Could not ask for a better property - I do ski trips every year, and this is one of the better rentals I have stayed in. Extremely clean and well-equipped, easy parking and check in process, nice area, and close to the slopes. Could not ask for more!

Clean & in town

This property was very clean & well kept. It was right within walking distance to downtown restaurants and a very short drive to Winter Park. I had some issues getting into the clubhouse with the card but my husband was able to swipe the card to enter so perhaps it was just operator error. The reason I graded 4 stars was the pull out couch mattress kind of dipped in the middle so wasn’t comfortable for two of my kids. My daughter just slept on the floor. The master bedroom mattress was a bit softer than I was used to. Overall it’s a nice place to stay but next time I would opt for a two bed rental for my family of four. The entry/exit was easy with the key pad & it was so nice to bring our dog with us! There is a nice trail right behind the complex. Being on the first floor was easy to pack our things in & out.

Perfect location and fantastic management

My family of 3 stayed at this condo and loved it. The location could not be better. Easy walking distance to a plethora of dining options, a super fun park, trails and the river. My little one especially enjoyed the pool on site and the adults really enjoyed sitting on the patio. Management did an amazing job communicating all details with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Returned to WP for a few days.. We sold our WP home last year and wanted to come back for Spring Splash and visit with some friends and eat at our favorite restaurants. We wanted to stay downtown where we could walk to everything. Trail Head Lodges ideal. We went through Winter Park Lodging. Property was great. Clean and had all the necessary items to cook. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent

We were so happy with the cabin. It was just as pictured on the website. We even had a young moose come up to the trees near our door to eat some leaves. It is a wonderful property and we will be back.

Long Weekend

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. It is super-clean, well-stocked and in a great location. Just one block off of Main Street downtown WP. Rental Management had left a large bottle of hand sanitizer for our use and some small snacks, that was a very nice touch. We’ll definitely be back for a 3rd stay here.

Convenient, clean, and easy!

Great location as it is within walking distance of many downtown stores and restaurants. Easy to find, easy to access. Nice community outdoor hot tub area. Great communication with management. Nothing I would want differently.

Nice Accommodation

Trailhead Lodges were nicely furnished and very welcoming. We had a one bedroom ground floor which we appreciated not having to climb stairs. The welcome goodies were a nice touch. We felt at home the 4 night's that we were there. It was nice to be within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The walking trail and park nearby are a nice plus to the area. I would recommend for summer or winter vacation.

811 is the spot

I stayed at 811 Trailhead in late March. I can not say enough about the Trailhead complex. I have been in the larger multi bedroom units in the past and had no complaints. 811 is no different. Great rental with a full kitchen and huge bed. The living room is big enough for a family of 4. The pullout couch makes it great for more than 2 if the extras don't mind bunking up together. If there is any kind of negative it is being in the first floor in the morning. If your neighbors above decide to practice river dance or mixed martial arts you know they are there. BUT, that is any multi story complex anywhere. 1st floor for me is a plus because I have ski and board bags. WPLC to the front!

Very nice

The place was clean and adorable and comfortable. We really enjoyed it. It was close to town and shuttles to get to the resort. One thing I wished it had was more things for cooking in the kitchen. There is salt and pepper and a few random spices but no cooking oil or any basic things for cooking. It’s a nice kitchen but if you want to do ANY cooking, be sure to bring every little thing you might need ingredients-wise. Also-the TV is super small and very high up so if you’re there to watch tv, this is not the spot for you. Overall though…lovely. The hottub and pool are super close too so that was a nice bonus.

Great Place

Awesome location; walk to all of downtown. Super clean and well equipped. We weren't sure about a ground floor but this condo is perfectly set up, especially if you have a pup!
